Extremely disappointed in this company

Extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered and the delivery date said 12-24 December. I then heard no correspondence for a number of weeks and they sent a delivery notice of January 15th.

I now already have the opening in my house leaving my house unusable over Christmas.

They were much more expensive than other companies and I would not have used them if I had known they weren't going to honour the delivery date set out.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re very disappointed to see a 1-star rating. After looking into your order, we can confirm that it was placed after our pre-Christmas delivery cut-off date. This cut-off is clearly advertised on our website homepage, within all email correspondence, and on the lead times tab.

Any orders placed after the cut-off are automatically scheduled for a January delivery, as stated in our delivery information.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, we’re more than happy to help and hopefully when the doors arrive you will be happy with the product.

This is my second time ordering from…

This is my second time ordering from Aluminium trade windows. Very easy to use website. Windows delivered in the time frame they gave me when I ordered them.
And they seem very good quality windows. My window fitter also said they are good quality decent windows. So overall I am very happy with everything.

We have had an excellent sales service…

We have had an excellent sales service from Aluminium Trade Windows. The quality of the aluminium heritage products as seen in their showroom is fantastic as well as their price. We very much look forward to getting our doors and windows delivered to site.
