Worst Service! Door has delivered damaged on both…
Door has delivered damaged on both sides. I have shared the pictures to customer service and they don’t take any responsibility. Worst worst service I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site. The customer service agent was very rude and doesn’t want to take ownership of the goods they delivered. Worst experience ever.

Having had several French doors and windows from aluminium trade windows i must say they have been brilliant. The staff always seem happy to help. The deliveries are first class there delivery driver Antony has always gone above and beyond to be extra helpful. I can not fault the whole experience and would definitely recommend aluminium trade windows to anyone.

Poor customer service/communication
Bifold and windows arrived in good time however one was damaged. Customer service agreed to replace however no further communication on receipt of my email showing the damage or when I’m likely to receive replacement.
