I ordered a wig It wasn't the color or the length that I ordered I paid over $300.00 dollars for a wig that was nothing like the photo I tried to return and get a refund AMANDA would not give me my refund stating it's in there policy not to return custom wigs amanda offered me $15.00 US this is a terrible company please take your business else ware they are a FRUAD customer service is horrible I'll never purchase from amanda ever again

The hair feels great , no smell, minimal shedding , great curl pattern

Ive ordered several wigs from Amanda hair, the quality same been so great and im a beginner. Easy hair and lace to work with. Always melts down!!! Customer service has been great to when I was looking for my package they responded back in a timely matter.

I was a little hesitant at first, but the Bohemian-style wig I bought turned out to be absolutely amazing! I saw it in a video on TikTok, and when it arrived, I thought it was perfect. It came pre-plucked, and the lace blends so well. It feels breathable, and it has the adjustable straps and drawstring at the back— I wear it securely with almost no shedding. The curls look gorgeous, too! Seriously, giirls, I will definitely be buying more wigs from Amanda in the future! Next time, I’d love to try out a style with highlights!

First off I ordered my wig and didn't get it until 3 weeks later then they wig i received didn't look like the one they were advertising First time getting a wig from them and it will be my last

Yes I received my order and loved it the hair is soft silky and most definitely appreciated your response when I worried bout the order most definitely will we shopping again

Terrible Quality & Misleading Return Policy
I ordered a 30-inch curly wig, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The lace was an unnatural orange colour, making it unusable, and there wasn’t even enough hair density to create a proper middle parting. It looked nothing like the pictures advertised, which is extremely misleading.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the company to return the item, I was told they were unable to accept a return—despite clearly stating on their website that they offer a 30-day return policy. This is completely dishonest and very frustrating.
The wig is still in the exact same condition as when I received it—I haven’t tampered with it at all—yet they continue to drag out the return process with no resolution.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor quality product, false advertising, and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought my first 2 wigs from Amanda Hairs and they are both very beautiful and very thick density. I do Highly recommend them!

Do not waste your money and time on this website. I purchased a wig a few weeks ago and the wig does not look anything like the picture. The wig is a piece of crap. I also have submitted pictures and the seller is giving the runaround about a refund.

This hair is like fancy dress when it arrived i couldn't stop laughing, they told me to send it back i did and I was promised a refund but know they have blocked me on all sites.honestly I dont know how they get away with it.So dont look at al this hair thinking your hair will be all beautiful and flowing.i will be taking this further and you all should as these are confidential artists grifters and very clearly a scam site,They keep saying contact the after team which they have blocked me so they are liars aswll as scammers.How about you contact me and give me my money I believe that's what repretable company do.

Hello, I purchased a wig from this company. I purchased a Bob the picture on the Model of the wig showed Wanda. The wig. I received was another look. The wig hair is fluffy in the back missing and thin in the front to where I will have to purchase Hair and add Hair and do all that that was a purpose of me buying a wig. The seller reached out and they want to give me a discount the next time I order, but I’m stuck with a product that was not as described as what they showed on their website.

The first photo is the picture of what they have on the website. All the other photos are the pictures of where I received however, the company said that there was a Stylist that did the hair and made it fluffy, but if I purchased a wig from you based on the photos you showed that’s what the wig should look like.

Quality of the hair is horrible in the front of the wig. There is little hair in the front as Customer Service says it’s fluffy in the back of the Hair Customer Service service is horrible but That’s what I get for ordering hair out of the country. I just wanted a Bob wig…. this was a horrible experience. They only wanna give back $15 or something like that on the next water. If I’m dissatisfied with this order, I would never again as you are.

Customer service was excellent. I sent an email stating I would like to change my order and they made the change immediately. Which was awesome.

Due to logistics, I was unable to receive the wig I purchased in time for my event. However, I experienced a high level of professionalism and communication throughout the refund process.

Alisha was great - she help me during a rush hour . I had ordered my hair for my upcoming wedding and I was so worried about the time it will get to me . Alisha assured me not to worry she will make sure it arrived on time . I reached out and she always respond with that assurance . I received my dream hair not just on time but a very beautiful hair .
