Driver ignored instructions
Driver didn't knock, ignored delivery instructions to not leave it behind my bin, he had to have crossed over my garden just to put it behind the bin, and didn't bother knocking or ringing the bell. Claimed he left the parcel by my back door, but it's clearly my front door. I only knew it was there because of the delivery notes. Amazon are getting worse, and it's pointless complaining. They're full of empty promises that it won't happen again, and it always does. Not great customer service all around.

Amazon USED to be a reliable company and when you pay your subscription to Prime you USED to be able to count on their delivery doing what is said on the order, i.e. if it said 'tomorrow' then that would be correct or occasionally there was a glitch but on the whole it was good service. Now they use the dead useless Evri delivery service you are lucky if it comes at all, never mind when it says it will deliver. I specifically ordered two dress rails which clearly says "delivery tomorrow" which was on Tuesday, today being Friday. Then I get the order details and tracking number, which now says delivery some time before Next Wednesday a whole 7 days! I contacted the company selling the rail and they were lovely but said that as Amazon insists they use the now totally useless Evri and tjhey can do nothing. So I now have visitors arriving for the Bank Holiday weekend and nowhere to hang their clothes. AMAZON wake up and tell me why I bother to pahy you for Prime when it is now a total joke as their promises are seldom actually possible because they use a useless carrier company. I tried to speak to Customer Services, who to be fair are always hepful but now you can't even do that as they put you in a loop of an utterly poinless AI 'chat' which does nothing to help but repeats the 'sorry it is late' rubbish. Fed up to the back teeth with them and riubbish Evri, it is abouit time Amazon realized they are now a broken promises company who just annoy their loyal customers.

Amazon strongly promotes expandable storage and recommends purchasing SD cards for Amazon Kids tablets, leading parents to believe the SD card can be used for apps and kids games. After purchasing both, I discovered many apps cannot actually be moved to the SD card, causing the tablet storage to fill up quickly anyway.
I spent hours with 4 tech agents, 2 screen shares, and a supervisor who admitted the wording is misleading. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have purchased the tablet or SD card. Amazon needs to clearly disclose these limitations upfront instead of misleading parents about storage expansion.

I have been an Amazon customer for years, but my recent experiences have become increasingly frustrating and disappointing.
I have noticed a repeated pattern when purchasing multiple items in the same order with different delivery dates available. Even when I specifically select faster delivery options for certain items, Amazon often delays the entire shipment and sends everything together using the latest delivery date, effectively ignoring the delivery choices made by the customer.
This creates a misleading buying experience because customers believe they are selecting earlier delivery options that are later disregarded by Amazon’s system.
The situation becomes even worse when trying to cancel delayed orders. Once Amazon changes or misses the promised delivery timeline, customers are frequently not allowed to cancel the shipment before arrival. Instead, they are forced to wait for the package, then process a return, and only after that wait again for a refund.
This entire process can take 10 to 15 days or more, involving unnecessary waiting, repeated customer service calls, and multiple complaints just to recover money for orders that were not delivered as originally promised.
Customer service representatives often provide inconsistent information depending on who answers the call, making the experience even more frustrating.
Occasional delays are understandable, but repeated delivery manipulation, ignored shipping selections, cancellation obstacles, and refund delays demonstrate serious problems in Amazon’s logistics and customer service practices.
Amazon needs to improve transparency, respect customer-selected delivery options, allow reasonable cancellations when delivery commitments are not met, and significantly improve refund handling and customer support consistency.

Unfortunately, Amazon sent my package to the wrong address twice, and they would not resend the treats again. While I did receive a refund, I wasted hours of my time trying to resolve the issue. I spoke with Francis on the phone, and overall I’m very disappointed with the experience. It was extremely frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected from Amazon.
