Amazon Mexico Danger to human life

Amazon mexico used my card details and stole money from my account for items they cancelled i believe they are doing this on a mass scale .It took 50 communications with incompetent illiterate robotic dishonest customer agents the majority,it took 2 months to recover the money even after the bank told them to return it and almost caused a heart attack stay completely away from amazon mexico they treat customers like garbage and are thiefs they can never be trusted and also are liars but more seriously they are a danger to human life wellbeing and safety even when i complained to there team leader and warned of detrimental impact on health and escalation to proffeco she victimised me by closing by blocking my account and removing the contact links to cover up the theft and breaches in law.

Sold a product that went bad right…

Sold a product that went bad right after 30 days return deadline. Now refusing to help, pointing figures at the manufacturer who also is not willing to honor 2 year warranty.
Hours on the phone with customer service at Amazon only to be refused.
Terrible situation.

Contradictions, Patronising, Awful Service Level

Hiding behind policies & ‘third party’ deflection, refusing to resolve an issue even when presented with clear facts and evidence. Patronising customer service ‘I would like to conclude by remembering that you are part of us…’ How to inflame a situation even more. I will not be using Amazon Mexico again as all trust & confidence have gone.

Service, communication and all you need

I left Denmark to work for six months in the jungle in Palenque. My goal was to write a trailer for a movie. Without the services from Amazon.mx I couldn't have completed my assignment.
I was robbed in Cancun and lost all my professional equipment but I could replace the items from Amazon.
Not even is this my best recommendation to Amazon but also to Mexico in general. The delivery personnel arrive with a smile and even walked by foot the long stretch from reception to my apartment in the jungle.
