Utterly incompetent

More and more companies are sending packages through Amazon Shipping without giving customers the option of a different carrier. My experiences have been so consistently bad that I've ordered less and less online because of this. Not once has a package NOT been delayed (and on two occasions completely lost), but the delays have often been a result of the package being sent far beyond my own city (shipping from Illinois to Spokane but ending up 300 miles farther west in Seattle) and then sitting for several days at the wrong city/facility. On the rare occasion that I could talk to an actual human when I've called Amazon, the individual was not only very dishonest, but rude and barely spoke English on top of that. This company is utterly disgraceful and needs to be completely restaffed by people who have some actual competence in logistics.

Another courier that failed to deliver and lied.

Yet another courier service that cant be bothered to deliver to my front door so they make up a claim that they have left the parcel "near the back door". That would be the back door that they cant even see, let alone deliver to, without first climbing a six foot fence. The front door, meanwhile, is easy to access and they certainly havnt been near it!

It’s a crime, they use the word logistics

Don’t deserve one star, can’t read, follow or be bothered to follow delivery instructions, just leave parcel outside in any weather or unsafe location. To summarise, they just can’t be bothered and not worried about upsetting and causing Amazon customers inconvenience.

Amazon. Not a great experience

I order regularly. I do subscriptions and a monthly order of 15 varied items I have paid for but they are still awaiting dispatch. They are in a area I cannot estimate if they ever will arrive out of limbo. Avoid Midlothian Logic Logistics and the fullfillment centre outside Edinburgh. Black Friday I am passing on it. They need to refund me.

Damn their bad

Damn their bad. I've been an Amazon Prime member for 15 years or more and have had more issues with Amazon logistics delivers in the past few months than I had in the entire previous 15 years. Amazon needs to start indicating on their merchandise if they ship with Amazon Logistics so we know not to buy that item. Wish I could give less than 1 star

INEXCUSABLE FAILURE

INEXCUSABLE FAILURE: A Company Wasting Our Time With 20th-Century TrackingTo my fellow customers, we must be clear: Amazon's delivery service is fundamentally broken and actively disrespectful of our time.It is astonishing that a company built on logistics and technological advancement consistently fails at the most basic promise: reliable delivery. Widespread dissatisfaction is the norm, not the exception. We are all subjected to the same infuriating cycle of driver instructions being ignored, packages being abandoned in exposed, unsafe locations, and frequent delivery errors that send shipments to the wrong address. The commitment to promised delivery times is a joke; "reliability" simply does not exist in your vocabulary. My recent experience highlights this systemic incompetence perfectly. We were told of a delivery scheduled for Monday. This requires clearing an entire day—a precious, non-refundable 24 hours—to wait. We dutifully kept the whole day open, only to receive a single, vague message in the early afternoon: “The van has left for delivery.”That was the last meaningful update. We wasted the entire day, waiting, watching, and being held hostage by an archaic, inefficient system. As I write this, we are still waiting, our productive time utterly nullified.Stop Treating Our Time as DisposableIn a world where children’s toys have live GPS tracking and simple food apps show the exact location of the courier, it is absolutely unacceptable that a multi-billion dollar logistics giant cannot provide accurate, minute-by-minute tracking. This is not rocket science. With the technological advancements available today, your delivery vans, drivers, or central dispatch could easily utilize a basic smartphone and tracking software to provide:The driver’s current location relative to the route. An accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).Confirmation that the route is being followed efficiently. The failure to implement this is not a technical oversight; it is a deliberate corporate negligence that maximizes your convenience while deliberately frustrating and disrespecting the customer. We demand better. We demand reliable service and tracking technology that is current, not decades old. Until you fix this core infrastructure failure, you are simply a company that prioritizes profits over the basic respect owed to every paying customer. If you agree, let your voice be heard. We deserve better than wasted days and broken promises.

If I could give a 0 for this awful…

If I could give a 0 for this awful unreliable scam of a company I would! Their couriers don’t follow basic delivery instructions and every delivery I have had from them, they leave the parcel on my front doorstep which is on a main public pavement! It’s absolutely shocking how they think the parcel will be safe. The latest parcel to go missing today was left directly on the pavement. The tracking number is #UK3305550449. Don’t use this company!

Logistics-planning and implementation- not much of that going on at AMAZON. YOU NEED TO CHAMGE YOUR NAME!

There should really be an option to put minus stars!
Here we go Amazon logistics. Another BAD review to add to your list. You do know you’re supposed to air die the higher number of stars and not the lower. You guys should be hanging your heads in utter shame at you p*** poor score of 1.2 overall.
I live in Erith. My estate has blocks. I’m in block 21. It’s on my post/parcels etc. so the idiot incompetent driver thought it was ok to leave my parcels in the hallway and send me a pic of the parcels and happily saying ‘ooo look I delivered them aren’t I good!’ Yeah not really as you LEFT THEM IN BLOCK 24 AND THEYRE NOT THERE NOW!
One of them was from EBay via Amazon logistics. I’ve contact the seller who had a very poor response this morning from your company and it doesn’t look like you’ll assist as the driver ‘delivered it’. Well Amazon logistics DELIVERING OT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS DIESNT COUNT. THATS 3 PARCELS IVE LOST. THAT JUST MEANS ILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM AMAZON ANY MORE. Carry on shooting yourself in the foot guys. You’re incompetent and so are your drivers. If this is your standard of customer service I feel sorry for all of us.

Something is seriously wrong with…

Something is seriously wrong with Amazon Shipping. I have had several orders recently where they show the tracking information from the location of origin to the local dispatch location. In each case they show the item arriving at the location they will deliver to me from at 4-5 AM in the morning. They do not deliver, and say that there has been a delay at the point of origin. That is odd, because they already show the package is at their local office! Who cares is it arrived late to the origin, because it is already here!
I had this issue again this past Friday. Item arrived locally at 5:43 AM, and reported to be delivered that day. That didn't happen. I called the Logistics team the next day and they said that the package was going to be delivered in "about an hour." Again, no package delivery. That evening they updated the delivery to the next day. Still no package. Today they have no idea where the package is and said that I could wait or just go ahead and cancel...
So, what were they tracking if they said they had been scanning this package through their system and it arrived locally on-time? Do they even track the packages?
Amazon should give up on trying to run their own logistics. There are professional companies that can deliver for them.

Incompetence or Liars

Claimed that driver had attempted to deliver but couldn't gain access to the front door.

This is either incompetence - he was in wrong place, or the driver is a liar as no delivery van came anywhere near my address, I have CCTV.

I can never understand as to why Amazon…

I can never understand as to why Amazon even use there own courier service, the further you are away from the depot the worse your delivery is. Parcels don’t turn up on time, they operate a policy called dump and run, they don’t leave parcels in your safe place just dump it on the doorstep for all to see. They can’t even hit a 6 hour window, sometimes they deliver at 8pm and 9pm even when you complain they still do nothing a joke of a company

If I could leave zero stars

If I could leave zero stars. I would. Too tok shop uses this carrier service it is appalling. I keep receiving emails saying they have my parcel then the next email says its running late. This latest one they had on the 19th not coming till 23rd now 24th. Service is not fit for purpose. This happens all the time. Tiktok should stop using them.

Rubbish delivery service

My package was apparently delivered a day earlier than I was expecting it. I came home to find an email saying it had been left "near the garden"!!! This is total rubbish as my garden is not visible. I still have not received it or had any apology.
