Title: Terrible Service from Eufy and Amazon Logistics – Still No Delivery, No Support, No Accountability! I can't believe how bad my…

I honestly can't believe how bad my experience has been with Eufy and their use of Amazon Logistics (MCF) for delivery.

I placed an order for the eufy Smart Display E10 (Order: R010x.....) which was supposedly shipped days ago. I received an email that said:
“😃 Your parcel has already been shipped.”
Tracking number: TBA... – Yet here we are, days later, and my parcel is still nowhere to be found.

I tried tracking it – useless. Amazon's logistics system has given me no updates whatsoever. Eufy has been completely unhelpful in chasing this down. Zero accountability. Zero urgency. Just copy-paste responses and radio silence after that.

Why is a premium product ($199.99!) being sent with a system that offers no real-time updates, no delivery estimate, and apparently no customer support when things go wrong?

This experience has made me seriously question whether I’ll ever buy from Eufy again. What’s the point of offering “smart” products when your logistics and customer service are stuck in the stone age?

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. Until this is resolved, I’ll be warning others to avoid ordering direct from Eufy – especially if they use Amazon MCF for shipping.
UPDATE: And now, I’ve received a “delivery exception” notification saying my order is experiencing unusual shipping conditions and may have been lost. No further details, just a vague message and a suggestion to contact the carrier. So now I have to waste more time chasing down a package that should’ve arrived days ago.

Do better, Amazon.

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless, the tracking information for our parcel said it would be delivered today (22/7) between 3pm and 5pm, so my wife waited in at home for the parcel, this wouldnt normally be an issue as they usually just dump parcels on the doorstep and dont even knock (which in itself is a pretty poor service), but this particular parcel required the driver to be provided with a code to hand over the parcel. Just before 4pm I received a notification to say delivery had been attempted and the parcel would now be delivered tomorrow, I checked with my wife and she confimed that no one had knocked on the door, so now we're expected to cancel plans and wait in again tomorrow in the hope that the driver bothers to knock. I really wish Amazon had never started their own delivery company and used reliable couriers like they used to, or if they must have their own then at least ensure they employ competent, reliable staff, which currently they clearly don't.

I have to constantly call Amazon…

I have to constantly call Amazon customer service be cause Amazon Logistics usually never gets me my packages! Then I have to wait an extra day till they give me my refund only so I can reorder all my items again! I pay for prime and still have to wait over a week before I finally get my items!! I’ve updated my delivery instructions I don’t know how many time. I’m guessing most are too lazy to read them. I live in an apartment complex but they look more like townhouse. So we have a office/lobby with a mailroom. It’s right at the entrance. The office has Paracel Pending which are lockers they’re supposed to put your packages in. I have in the instructions that if the office is closed please bring it to my front door. My complex isn’t very big. I even tell them exactly how to get to my place. It’s literally down the block. I even give descriptions of what my door wreath looks like. Because apparently they don’t know how to read large door numbers that are on each door! Multiple times because they’re obviously lazy the have pulled in and seen the office is closed and instead of bringing it to my door they just leave it outside of the locked lobby doors! Where everyone drives by! So those usually vanish if I’m not home to go get them right away. I call Amazon all the time about this and they tell me they’ll make a note about it. So then my next few packages are good but then goes right back to the same horrible deliveries again. I’ve just been ordering less cause I can’t get anything done about it. I’ve always try to line up my deliveries to come during the weekdays. I even do next day deliveries to come when the office is open but still have problems. I’ll also get my order saying delivered but no picture of delivery which I ask for and no package. I’m so done with Amazon. Feels like I’m just loaning them money for a few days and then getting it back. You also can’t contact them just customer service for Amazon. Stop putting notes next to my file and please tell them they’re horrible!! I expect this during the holidays but all the time?!?!

Delivery of the Parcel

I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. The driver left my parcel out in plain sight on the front porch without even attempting to hide it or notify me. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering how often package theft occurs. There’s no excuse for leaving deliveries exposed like that when there are safer options, such as placing it behind a planter, under a bench, or at least ringing the doorbell.

If this is how deliveries continue to be handled, I’ll seriously consider using alternative services that prioritize customer security and care.

Please train your drivers better — leaving packages visible and unattended is not okay.

I wouldn’t even get them one star

I wouldn’t even get them one star
Never even try to hide a parcel
Leave it on the main road outside the front door usually thrown through the car window no knock on door even
Or they don’t deliver it to the address at all and say it’s delivered

Simple request to update an incorrect email turned into a nightmare

Received my usual notice my package was shipped so I hit the tracking for the “new” Amazon tracking feature. Ok, I hit the tracking link, entered my email and the system comes back with a different email that I haven’t used in years and, in fact, closed and deleted all inboxes etc from that address. I have no idea how their system managed to even come across that old email. The only option under help was to email them which I did with a brief explanation and request to update my email to current information. Below the —— is their reply.
1. Cancel a shipment already on the way?
2. “Hamburger guide” in the “developer menu”. (I am not a developer…I just had a simple request.
3. I have an Amazon account!!! Why didn’t they use THAT address????
There is something not right with this process and I am not happy. I’m actually rather astonished at how something so relatively simple could be such a complete failure.

———————
To update the address or other details of the shipment, please cancel the shipment and create a new shipment with the correct shipping details in the Amazon Shipping API.

You can find instructions for this process in the developer guide, found in the “hamburger” menu, or by visiting __________

Additionally, you’re able to add additional information to your package to ensure successful delivery. To add the information, go to _________

To add the additional instructions, you have to log in with your Amazon account details. If the email used to purchase the item is different from your Amazon account, or if you don't have an Amazon account, create one using the email address used to purchase the item.

Once signed it, click on Delivery Instructions to add any notes.

Awful experience with delivery…

Worst delivery service I've come across. I have had to cancel Prime membership due to the fact that I am not receiving my orders and I've had Prime membership for years. They keep delivering to somewhere over 10 miles away. I have wasted so much time with Amazon Customer Service, have been on to I think it's 13 Customer Service people at this point (no exaggeration) may be more - I've stopped counting at this stage as I have been transferred to so many people each time. I've updated, checked my address and eircode on my account- it's correct, it hasn't changed. I've given countless Customer Service Agents my address and eircode again and again. Every other delivery company DPD,DHL,UPS, Fastway, FedEx, An Post etc have no problem using my address or eircode. Amazon can't seem to fix their system, they have asked if I live in a new development or building, my house has been here for decades. I've used my exact location feature to ensure they use correct pinned address too that doesn't work, one driver realised he was completely wrong about a week ago and did eventually deliver one thing, told me the pinned address is wrong in their system and their Sat Nav is at fault. But they can't seem to fix it, over a number of different orders in the past month with about 25 different items in total I received 2 single items out of 25. I have spent so much time trying to stop the deliveries over the past couple of weeks once their tracking map pops up telling me they are 5 or 6 stops away from delivering to the wrong place. One Customer Service agent told me I could refuse the package - how on earth can I do that when it is put in a random letterbox over 10 miles away! Today yet again delivery was going to the wrong address and I had to try and get them to cancel the delivery before they left it at the wrong address again. Truly has been an awful experience with Amazon delivery over the last month since they've switched to using Amazon logistics/delivery. One star is far too generous but unfortunately there is no option for zero stars. I've used Amazon for 18 years but think I will have to close my account as it is pointless ordering not receiving the orders, being told to reorder the same items and still not getting them and then waiting for refunds for non delivery.

You’re a disgrace
And you changed my order date 5 times in one night? And no emails, nothing, o had to go looking why you didn’t pick my parcel up for 4 days!! Now I know why my parcel had no updates for the last three days…no wonder it’s late
I don’t do late and if you’re late, too

Parcel left out in rain

Despite instructions on door to leave in bin round the side, this utterly useless driver yet again left our package out in the rain on top of the bin he was supposed to put it in. Amazon are not bothered. Trying not to buy from Amazon - why should you give money to a company that doesn't care?

Total Shit storm not Fit for Purpose

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. My first experience on an urgent package 10 days ago arrived SIX DAYS after ordering. They "couldn't find my address". The Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc have no such issue. My second experience is ongoing. I paid a Premium for Next Day Delivery yesterday fir the same urgently needed Car Part. Their depot claims it arrived 5:45 AM, left for delivery at 11:27 AM. The Mechanic at whose premises I was waiting ended up closing this evening, no Part delivered. No 0800 number, just an absolutely useless Chat Bot that could tell me nothing, and passes me on to an alleged Human who knew less. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

I canceled my prime because of the…

I canceled my prime because of the delivery services. I have building number and have intercom password. The drivers never call the building, never use the passport to drop off to the building door. Either they leave it outside or the miss the delivery each time. I am waiting for the delivery at home, never called the apartment never dropped it to building but it says we attempted. What kind of attempting this? In your imagination?

My packages were 10 min from my house, then suddenly sent out of state.

My amazon package with 13 items was at a warehouse 10 minutes away from my house on the day it was promised to arrive. Pretty straightforward, right? That same afternoon they sent it two states away. Because that makes complete sense. Now it's five days delayed and I'm just praying it gets back to the right state again. Many of these items are supplements that shouldn't be sitting in desert heat for days on end, and some are items I needed on that delivery date. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give a negative score

If I could give a negative score, I would. Almost every order I have made has had some sort of issue. This time, I paid extra for next-day delivery, which was supposed to occur between 10 AM and 3 PM. They moved the delivery to a later time, which was frustrating, but I was okay with it as long as I received the package by this evening.

As the evening went on, I kept waiting. Around 7:50 PM, I checked the order status and saw that it said “delivery attempted.” The message stated they were unable to deliver because the front office was closed. This makes no sense, as the gate is currently broken and wide open. There was nothing stopping the delivery person from delivering my packages.

I had been trying to track my packages via the app, but it never showed anyone near my location. It wouldn’t surprise me if the delivery driver never even set foot on the property. Over the last three months, I have made about 7 to 10 complaints. Each time, I was assured it would never happen again, but that has always turned out to be a lie.

If I could I would never order from Amazon again. But currently I am without a car so I am limited on how I buy the things I need for everyday life.

Appalling service (Cornwall Amazon Logistics - DRR1 Redruth)

Appalling service

"we've delivered the parcel" No you didn't. 5 times you've failed to deliver

"we left your parcel in a secure place" No you didn't. You never delivered it. We are at home all the time. I work from home

"we we're unable to deliver your parcel" Yes, you couldn't be bothered to

Our address is in plain writing is written on two of our gates and above the door of the house but you still cant deliver it.

Shocking service to say the least.
