It's really hard to get customer service on the phone. Their number says that they're not taking calls right now. I was finally able to find a way to talk to customer service. I was sent emails, but the links weren't highlighted so I was unable to use them. Amazon needs to know that DHL Express Sucks. If their third party vendors use them Amazon should be held accountable and responsible for the delivery of the packages. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Totally 5 stars across the board. Anything you want they have. They follow up with you when you return anything. They also give you plenty of time to return items and don't take their time with your refund. Nothing bad to say. Amazon is my go to store for everything. Amazing sells and deals all the time.

so i have been using this platform for a while all i can say is my dislike for corporate entities. customer service chat is like a robot very unhelpful asking the same stupid questions and cant talk english. if your customer support is 0 how do you expect to get return customers. also the reviews are censored

I’m also a prime member. And shipping isn’t free, you pay for it with your prime membership. Plus, if you compare prices, the Amazon Prime vendors always charge more for their products than the non-prime vendors. In my opinion, Amazon use to be a good company, but they have “gone to the dogs”. It has been my experience that they won’t let you give anyone a bad review. So what’s the point of writing reviews on Amazon if they won’t let you tell the truth? What they don’t tell you is the two day shipping starts after the vendor ships the product, not after you pay for it. So the vendor can wait as long as he wants before shipping the item and there is nothing you can do about it. They have a sweetheart deal with the USPS to ship their products and my experience has been that the USPS misses 85% of their promised delivery dates. I’ve even put in my Amazon profile to not use the USPS for delivery to me, but they just ignore my request! So my deliveries rarely arrive when promised. In my opinion, this is what happens to companies that get too big too fast and put company profits in front of customer service... They go to the dogs!

What has happened to Amazon? Used to be the best online experience but not any more. Spent over $180 to only get 9 day shipping. Walmart gets packages to me in 2 days or less without having to pay for this service like Amazon Prime. Support has disappeared. Good bye Amazon and hello Walmart.

I have been a prime customer for 3 years now. Since Coved19 amazon switch the customer service to chat I didn’t receive 4 of my order coming from amazon seller in China. Those seller are a fake seller and amazon customer service doesn’t refund my money back as long as the seller keep sending me & the customer service email says he will send me another item, and those seller never sending any item the seller provide a fake tracking number. Don’t buy any item coming from China, if that happened to you contact amazon customer service give them 2 weeks If you didn’t receive your refund contact your credit card company and request a dispute for the transaction.
Amazon discriminates people in need
Amazon simply discriminates people who don't have a credit card. I have enough funding in my direct debit account which is my primary source of banking, yet amazon refuses this as payment and keeps asking for my credit card details.I wonder what the reason behind tis is? Does it get any more discriminating against people without a credit card? Talking to them is as useful as talking to wall with a link to an article that explains basically nothing.

Ordered multiple products on April 28, 2020. NOT a single item was listed as “out of stock” the day I placed my order. Here we are and it’s May 29th.....my order STILL HASN’T BEEN SHIPPED!?!?? I contacted Amazon a few weeks back and was told the delay was because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and due to less people working, shipping is taking longer than usual. Well, if that’s the case, why have the products I’ve ordered since (which there were a handful of items) come to me within a timely manner (1-2 weeks)?!?! I called yet again today and asked why my items haven’t shipped yet, just to be told one of the items was out of stock. I’ve been ordering through Amazon for years, and can tell when an item is out of stock.....it usually shows up in RED PRINT under the individual item. Well, when I placed my order on April 28th, NOT A SINGLE ITEM STATED IT WAS OUT OF STOCK!!!!! I was also given the line that there’s multiple distribution centers.....NO KIDDING!!! I live in Michigan, NOT in a different country!!! And lastly, there were two items that WERE A PART OF THIS PARTICULAR ORDER (that I received weeks ago)!!! So please tell me again why I’m having to wait so long for the remainder of this order!??? Close to $300 worth of items, and Im still sitting here waiting for them!!!! Two of the items that are part of this order are supplements that I take DAILY.....I’ve run out of them here at home!!! This by far is the worst experience I’ve had with Amazon. Pretty sad that I have to be given multiple excuses for their incompetence!!!
