I placed an order got a notice it was delivered it was not called customer checked after I said I have ring doorbell he said the usps checked off delivered when it was not he said I would get it the next day well I did not called back the lady said she could send it back out at no extra charge if the other order would show up she would send me a label to send it back never got it the shelf I got was to big cant send it back because the return date was 2 days before I got my order I always loved amazon this was very upsetting

Customer service is absolutely abominable with standard copy and paste replies and endless apologies, but no fix to customer issue, let alone concern for customers themselves.

Customer service is a joke. They constantly give you the run around even when they know they are wrong. Once you get someone on the phone they either can't speak English or just don't care and you can tell by the tone of their voice.

We both have residencies in our respective countries and commute usually. Till our jobs allow us to reside in one place. They are discriminating to be cheap. It’s not like Bezos is short of cash when he is flying rockets into space. We are a family. It doesn’t seem to be an issue when people are sharing passwords and accounts to watch their awful TV. Amazon needs taking down a peg or two. Sadly it will never happen.

But second account not my , and the second account not registered and not worked .during the 2020 pandemic, we lost our job and wanted to open another account for additional income. Amazon demanded supporting documents and my wife said: fuc-k them, and the account has been frozen since November 2020. in July 2021 they closed my account with my FBA goods and sales
not listed no one item... My FBA items frozen and not for sale ... In response, only obscure requests for additional information

after i redeem it on my account it got locked and i don't what is the reason for that, i send amazon email and i talk with them on twitter but no answers, why amazon why ? o.0
