I did like them at first. But after a few purchases, I realized they have zero respect for their buyers. Gear is gear. Warrenties are warrenties. But customer service is key. And that's why I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on. This company is not acountable for a professional's needs. They don't keep agreements, will double sell stock and won't do what it takes to make it right. Professional buyer beware.

Giving musicians chance to acquire the equipment they need without too much a burden. Zero interest payment plans spread across really is a big help!!

Glenn and AMS have been great for all my gear purchases in the past few years. The payment plan has been instrumental (all puns intended) for my recent purchases, and other than a few products AMS does not carry I don’t feel the need to turn any where else for my needs.

Excellent company to order musical gear from and I highly recommend them. Their tech Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me as to which portable PA column would be best suited for my daughter's gigging needs. Also, their shipping is fast. Love that. I'll be ordering more equipment from them for sure!

He explained everything well and let me know that I can reach out personally to him anytime and also once the products arrive to help with assembly. Dylan was very helpful and supportive. Since my first purchase, I've ordered several additional pieces of equipment from AMS, and I'll continue purchasing from them in the future. The ordering process has always been smooth, and I've appreciated having access to quality equipment without needing to make a massive upfront investment. Their shipping has also been impressive! Never took longer than 2 or 3 days to recieve items!

I am just so grateful that companies like AMS offer options that help creative people get started. Without them, some of my projects simply wouldn't have happened. Highly recommended.

AMS is always my go-to site for guitar gear. I have been a customer for years. They ship and arrive faster than anyone else I have dealt with… for free. Their payment plans are awesome and zero hassle, and the return policy is “Costco-level” easy! They usually have a little wiggle room if you call them up too! ;)
