GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH , THEY STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, I BOUGHT A WRAPPER , COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO LOAD IT !!! THEY SENT THERE TECH UP FROM ri TO WOBURN,MA TO SHOW AND TEACH ME HOW TO USE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great service and experience

Great service and experience. John Celona was extremely helpful, attentive and very quick to get answers to my questions. The install team that was onsite to install my racking was extremely quick and professional. Highly recommend John and his team.

Both the sales and install staff were professional and knowledgeable. Installation was smooth and our project looks great. I highly recommend American Surplus for all of our racking and shelving needs.

GREAT PROBLEM RESOLUTION!

GREAT PROBLEM RESOLUTION!

I ordered several new modular cabinets, and when they delivered (on time, as promised) I noticed the drawer configuration was not what I expected. I contacted my Sales Rep, and was assured that they would make my order right. My issue was escalated to the Sales Manager, who promptly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I realize that I should have been specific in my request for the configuration, and not to assume what I thought it should be. Thanks to Bill for "taking care of the customer", and I will order my future MHE needs from American Surplus.

I was in need of used steel shelving…

I was in need of used steel shelving for storage of stock materials to better utilize our square footage, and I was able to find precisely what I needed relatively easily by providing a drawing with specifications as to our desired layout. A quote was sent back within 24 hours, and the order was placed and the product delivered in good shape all within a week's time. Very painless and fulfilled the requirement perfectly.
