Occasionally, when an error is committed, while entering a request, I end up paying twice, or, three times for the same case. The system should be programmed to recognize an error, and prevent double or triple charges.

Because we rarely ask for credit reports our access had been eliminated but was immediately re-instated upon my request. We are very happy with their service.
