The wait to get to speak with someone in customer service was a bit long and when leaving my number for someone to call me back instead of waiting in the que was never returned. Once I was able to speak with someone after calling back I received the information I needed as well as the contact information for an agent. The agent was very informative and helpful.

Brian swim was great he's a great representative he went through everything with me slowly and patiently and I'm going to sign my sister and brother-in-law up now thank you for everything God bless you

Mr. Nate McMillian was my processor for life insurance policy. He was excellent. Very patient, respectful & explained all questions well. I have no complaints but may have an issue with the price in carison with another company. Will find out tomorrow. Thank you Mr. McMillian for your kind responses & quickness.
