Vince was incredibly helpful, offering several troubleshooting tips before concluding that a replacement was necessary. I ordered a new keyboard, which arrived promptly and works perfectly. Prompt fulfillment and delivery, even across the pond! Way faster than expected!!! Having to choose between ordering Stateside or the UK these days for rare compatible peripherals, it's pleasant and surprising how fast one can get orders to Canada from the UK. I'll be back for more... bought the most cost effective joysticks, which will suffice for now... but I plan to come back for high end versions in the future, as well as other accessories for my newly minted C64U. The Amiga's are also looking mighty tempting too, ah! Nostalgia.
