Very pleased with watch I purchased, but
Very pleased with watch I purchased. Staff were very helpful with the sale, answering all of the questions that I had and it was delivered to me the following day. However when I emailed them saying the strap wasn't big enough and what suggestions did they have, I heard nothing. It felt like they had the money for the watch, over £12k, and couldn't be asked to sell me a larger strap. It would have been five stars otherwise.
