No reply to any emails .
Awful experience.
Fobbed me off saying it was Hamilton's fault
And said id ordered a Unisex watch
After returning the Watch . I was contacted daily with updates of a possible replacement strap or other watch options.
So I will say not a bad experience and satisfactory result.

However, we do feel this review does not accurately reflect the situation or the level of communication provided. Over the course of the order we exchanged 23 emails discussing the watch specification, sizing and available options.
The watch supplied was the exact model ordered and this was confirmed via the manufacturer’s specifications and product references during our correspondence. The issue raised related to the strap size rather than the watch model itself. Unfortunately, Hamilton do not produce a larger strap option for this particular model, which was also confirmed directly with the brand.
Despite this, we still offered both an exchange and a full refund in an effort to resolve the matter amicably.
We always aim to provide clear communication and fair resolutions for our customers and are disappointed that, despite the options offered, you remain unhappy with the outcome.

As a Seiko watch enthusiast, AMJ are my go-to Seiko Authorised Dealer. They almost always have stock, and it's easy to know from their website as this updates live. I very recently picked up a model I was unable to find at any other Seiko AD in the UK. And I secured it with a 30% discount.
I received photos of the watch prior to them sending to me which showed the watch as brand new, still in the factory protection stickers. It arrived the next day before noon via UPS.
The watch arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and as per the photos received. Strangely the clasp was fitted back to front but I very easily rectified this while sizing the bracelet.
I am delighted with the nineth watch received, and I remain delighted with the customer service received from AMJ. Thanks to Marc, Harvey and the wider team.

Don't normally make such big perchess on line . Am very pleased with the time pice I received from AMJ WATCHES .
Will certainly be looking out for another bargain . My only problem is with Ups delivery Compeny , seems they are lagging behind Amazon .

Excellent price (20% under rrp), delivered straight from stock. Finance process was straightforward, all agreed in minutes.
Only gripe is that they promised next working day delivery, which they missed by 24 hours but otherwise excellent.
