I sought assistance from Anorak to sort out my life, critical and income protection insurance policies. From the off, they were kind, courteous and understanding of my needs. My previous policies were not suitable for my needs and would have resulted in less being paid out, leaving the surplus to be covered by personal finances. My advisor understood my needs and found policies that suited our needs. While progression communications could be more forthcoming (we needed a medical report and were left unknowing whether it had been received or not), after our advisor's departure from Anorak, a senior advisor picked up our case and was able to organise the cover in time before the quotations expired. Well done, Anorak. I certainly will be considering using you in the future.
