Anorak and their representative Paige, provided a fantastic service I never knew I needed. Having never been comfortable with the confusing words and jargon around insurance policies I have never been comfortable exploring these avenues.

After Paige followed up my very loose enquiry, the whole process was handled impeccably. All questions no matter how simple, were answered truthfully and in a manner that I could understand and process.

G was flexible in arranging a time to speak with us. Our questions were answered and our needs as G perceived them were fairly accurate in my opinion. I was clearly understood when explaining how a certain policy would not be the right fit for me and/or my family at the quoted rate. The process of getting the right cover was made easier by Anorak as it can be quite a confusing area of insurance. Would recommend.

Fantastic service, Jonathan (Jonny), Kirsty, and Alleyah, we're working on mine and my wife's life insurance, they couldn't do enough too help every step of the way. It's very much appreciated. I personally have dealt with Jonathan (Jonny) for 18 months now, and through personal problems I've encountered, he has been there too help with policy's, he has always taken time too listen too my problems and help me overcome them. Nothing has ever been a problem for him too help out with. Perfect service in every way.
