I came across Anorak while using the SNOOP app. I was looking for life insurance and since we had recently moved and had a small child I wanted to feel informed and secure in my decision. From the start Sat at Anorak was very informative, patient and professional. He went through all the options available so I felt very secure in my decision making process. When a better product came available sooner than the one we were originally to choose he was straight onto it. We received our paperwork within 2 days. A very smooth servcie.

Managed to save me around £10 per month on my cover with the same conditions so very happy with the service.

Only recommendation would be on the call centre environment. Very difficult to talk about your medical conditions to a complete stranger when you can hear other colleagues in the background laughing and joking about where they went last night or where they are going to lunch. This happened on every single call.
