pre-ordered a sabrine helmet back in 2015 i think, after i did that, i did some research on the company and instantly tried getting my money back. i got in contact with some dude back in the day, the got something to his name, he helped me getting my money back.

Zero stars... do not do any business with the owner of this company (Jose or Dana) up until this day, 3 years after the fact, the Kylo Ren costom was all smoke and mirrors and nothing came from it to include no return on money paid.

Do not buy from them or their new company Denuo Novo, they are thieves.
I ordered a Star Trek phaser in 2017, it arrived in 2019 with parts missing even though I had tried to cancel the order months before with confirmation from customer services. I complained never heard anything back.
I ordered a Star Trek uniform in 2018 and it never arrived. I have sent them so many emails and was always told that they would deal with it. I asked for a refund, this never happened.
Once you pay money to this company, it is gone!

ordered TOS pants 2 years ago , never got them .. and wrote many emails on it. Now web site has only items 'on prelist / interest ' so they have nothing in stock ... thieves !!! if you do a class action Im in !!!

Would give ZERO stars if allowed to do so. Sick of writing reviews everywhere I can record them. Filing complaints. Making phone calls. Nothing accomplished. Anovos still in business taking money and not fulfilling orders. Waiting since April 2017 for order to be fulfilled. They should publish an excuse book. Would make a fortune. Loss to date: $800+.
Is there any possible way to hold these characters accountable? Seems like criminal activity. Intentional criminal activity. Maybe an employee with a conscience could leak some info about the company’s practices.

I pre order a star trek discovery hand phaser in July 19th 2018 it's almost 3 years and I email, email, email, email and email and no reply I paid over £602.00 and that Inc shipping and still waiting for it i though anovos was a good company but as far as I'm concerned they are the worst company I have bought from i will never buy from them again but I'm still going to wait for my star trek discovery phaser hopefully one day it will turn up or they return my money.

I ordered a Star Trek Beyond Jacket for $575 in July of 2016. I spoke to them at a Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas a couple of years ago and got a well rehearsed song and dance about quality control and changing factories in China. But it would be out in 5 months . . . that was 2 years ago. Last year I sent an email and they told me that I should check the pre order page which I guess now says that they will not refund money on any pre orders. But the jacket will be out soon. So now I am at 5 years that they have had my money and the don't answer their phone or respond to email. People reading this that have been stung we should put together a class action suit against these people.

After ordering a squad inferno commander helmet in december 2018 (stock).... now 2.5 years later still no helmet or refund!

Ordered a Battlestar Galactica jacket over 3 years ago. Company is non responsive and when they do respond it's with lies! DO NOT do business with them unless you want to get ripped off.

Ordered Kylo Ren premier suit in 2016 and First Order Stormtrooper Kit in 2015. Never got them.

I ordered a Kylo Ren costume in 2016 and an Inferno Squad helmet in 2018. I have neither I the orders nor any refunds and Anovos is no longer responding to my emails. The authorities should put a stop to his thieves.

Made pre-order purchase of Star Trek The Original Series Starfleet Uniform Pants on June 20, 2019. Pre order was scheduled to be delivered Q1 of 2020 (January to March 2020). It still has not arrived, and all attempts over the last three months to reach anyone at Anovos have failed. I continue to get many advertisement e-mails from them, so they are continuing to offer items for sale, but no replies regarding my order.

I ordered the NX-01 Enterprise hat in February of 2020.- 14 months ago!!! Nothing.... automated responses, Excuses each time. This is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with, or even heard of

I have been waiting for order fulfillment on Krennic ensemble since April 2017. How they continue to affiliate with Disney and Lucasfilm and do business openly is beyond me. NUMEROUS attempts have been made on my part to seek order fulfillment as I have paid for the items IN FULL since day one. “Customer service” has stopped responding to my inquiries. The latest excuse of many excuses was COVID. This company is engaging in criminal activity in violation of the U.S. Criminal Code. In addition, I plan to create a blog where others who are in my position may register their situation in hopes of beginning a class action suit against the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT. To date, I am out $850.00 with no remedy in sight.

I bought in October 2016 an armor of the First Order for $550. At first they were a pre-order until 2017, but the delays started and I was waiting anyway. At first I had many illusions in being able to have the armor, I sent them messages to know what had happened since they were taking too long to send me the order, and they responded quickly at first and still, I understood that they took so long, but today they do not respond to me and I have already lost interest and a few weeks ago I asked for my money back because I needed it (given the situation with the COVID pandemic). To date, I have not received any response or refund.

I placed an order for the First Order Stormtrooper Armour. They took the money and then the deadlines for delivery started to get pushed back. It was over two years so I asked for my money back. I was told that the money was used for the production. I contacted Disney as Anovos were making products under licence through them. The woman from Disney said that it wasn't really something Disney was supposed to do but she would contact them. I pretty much got my money back within a couple of weeks. Shortly after that Anovos sent out an email to guilt trip people who were asking for refunds or receiving refunds. They've had peoples money for years and that's earning interest in the banks. Unacceptable to take money and never provide the product. You have been warned!
