They are the worst.... They keep changing the delivery date, and now they do not even answer e-mail... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Ordered Death Trooper helmet in March 2019. Can't get a response to any queries. Have written this off pretty much. Not sure how they can sleep at night. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Have ordered 2 jackets from ANOVOS over 3 years ago.
Have yet to receive them. They keep changing there delivery dates and missing every one of them. I have absolutely no faith in what they say. At this point I would not order anything from them until after the lawsuit is settled. No guarantee they will ever deliverer your order.

I ordered a Rey outfit 7/17/2020. It is 10/5/2020. They charged my card and never shipped the item. When I emailed them 4 weeks after the order, they told me they were moving to a new warehouse. They shared the posting that went up 5 days after my order. I was NEVER informed that it would take more than 2 and a half months to fill my order!

Would give a zero if I could. They make good products if you ever get them. Been chasing a refund for 18 months and they just ignore you. Worst customer service ever. They closed down chat and phone lines to avoid paying refunds. Avoid at all cost.

Awful company. Save yourself the misery and don’t order anything from them. They take all you’re money up front and you can be waiting 2 years or more to receive anything. I waited over 2 years for a Star Trek Discovery phaser, it arrived and it’s build quality was shocking, it broke in about a month. Emailed complaints over a year ago and every now and then I get an email saying we are still looking into this but I know nothing is going to happen. How they are still trading is a complete mystery! :(

I purchased the Luke Skywalker Helmet in March of 2019. I have still not recieved it. I did however receive several emails telling me it had been pushed to the next quarter. It has been over 17 months and no real correspondence as the consumer, I should not have to be chasing them for updates and even with COVID restrictions it should not be this difficult to receive a refund or the product. My advice support local crafters on other sites, they are more responsive and your likely to have a better experience.

I'm in the same boat as everyone here. Ordered the Rey staff in December of 2017! Still nothing. Gets pushed back every single quarter. Asked for a refund, that hasn't happened. Now you can barely find anywhere on their site for customer service. I'm not sure how they are still in business. Absolute a POS company that will never get my business again. At least i only lost $299. Sounds like others lost more.

Waiting for over 3 years to get First Order Storm Trooper outfit. Worst part is every quarter they tell you it will be the next quarter. Their management talks about transparency, blah blah blah. This is a terrible company. I would have bought so much more from them but won’t until they deliver. They are sitting on $800+ of my money for 3 years.

Chased numerous times for my refund, following my post on 19th February. They are using Covid19 as an excuse to why I haven't had my refund. Also reported them to National Fraud Investigation in the UK and this hasn't made them action my refund request.

Please do not do as me! Do not order ANYTHING from this company! Waited over TWO YEARS and still have not received my order! They have stopped responding to my e-mails and I have now lost over $750!
Do not waste your money! I have no idea why they are allowed to continue representing others trademarks!

I ordered a Star Trek Baseball Jersey in January of 2019. The ship dates keep getting pushed back and back! They won’t respond to my emails or send me a refund. I disputed the charges with my bank and then they magically responded, saying that they would honor my refund request. So the bank closed the dispute. Then Anovos went silent again, and now my bank can no longer dispute the charges! This place is an absolute SCAM!! Do NOT purchase anything from these people. I am currently looking into legal action against Anovos.

I ordered 2 Star War Helmets from them in mid 2019 and these were supposed to be delivered in late 2019 and early 2020. Its now April and nothing has been delivered. They keep telling me to check their website for delivery dates but I am not holding my breath.

I waited and waited and they have now changed the delivery date all the way to June 2020. I doubt they will be shipping the items as promised.

Beware this is not an honest company.

Got to say. I used them once and they delivered somewhat late but understandable. Then they offer the original Battlestar Galactica Jacket so I pre-order and they take my money out of my account. Then they keep pushing back the time on the jacket, then they say they aren't happy with it and they are trying to obtain new materials for "best match" I get sent photos of their prototype that they send me. Then they send out an email saying they've halted everything whilst they get things sorted out. Then I find out they deleted my account. I email them a couple of times and I have done so in the past and you used to get really helpful emails direct from someone. I suppose looking back when it comes to money they talk to you. But I get this standard email telling me to look at their website for updates. Even though my question was why have you deleted my account and can I have a refund. I even gave them my invoice number but just got the "Go to our website for updates!" Seriously what was a good company has descended into thieves. If you are going to buy from them make sure it is in stock and DO NOT PRE-ORDER. I can't even remember how many years it's been since I pre-ordered that jacket.

Bought Stormtrooper armor in 2017 for my son. Have gotton nothing but excuses from Anavos and promises that it’s coming in couple monthes. No refund and lies and my disappointed son. Shame on Disney for letting a dishonest scam POS company represent their franchise. I cannot express my anger in a PG format but my advise - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Anavos unless you want to get screwed.

Anovos used to be great then a couple years ago I don't know what happened but they turned into a total scam. I purchased a Star Wars costume back in 2016. Four years ago. It never came so for the past year and a half I've been emailing them trying to get a refund. Every three months or so I get a response to my dozens of emails saying my refund is coming they're just busy so they haven't gotten around to it. For a year and half. I'll be reporting them to the BBB. I really hope they get shut down eventually but in the meantime don't give them your money.

Anovos are the biggest pyramid / ponzi / scam artists. They have pre release items to fund batches of products they couldn’t make for other customers because of their total incompetence and they will release marketing in digital media of how they need to produce quality items and it’s all worth the wait ... all lip service .. years of waiting .. inquiries that disappear into the ether. Don’t get stung it’s just not worth it .. they slug you for shipping fees upfront !!! On every item even ones not instock .. don’t believe any of their press releases .. it’s all lip service

They take your money and then never ship anything. They will close your support tickets, unanswered. They are either crooks or inept, or both. I expect they will fold and disappear when things get too bad. It's been three years waiting for my stormtrooper kit. I also ordered a Battlestar Galactica viper. At least the stormtrooper kit still is mentioned on their "update" page, but the viper isn't mentioned at all.
