From the initinal meeting with Daniel, he was very pleasant. Then with the onboarding process with Catherine she was informative, took her time to explain everything to me. She guided me through the client portal and told me what to expect. She did a test call and sent me the transcribed message so that I could see what it would like like coming through email

I own a small Services business. AnswerForce is like have 24/7/365 personnel to receive the calls / leads that potentially can be converted into new customers. I switched to AnswerForce from an AI chatbot auto-response to engage with potential customers either after hours or when we missed a call during the day. The AI chatbot abandon rate was >85%. With AnswerForce it's less than 10% calls abandoned.

I am a fan of Answer Force and its seamless integration with my phone duties. I am a longtime customer who relies on the service to answer calls when necessary and integrate as if they are sitting in my office taking the call. On Friday we needed to do an update due to closing early because of the winter storm. I spoke to Subhojit Bhowmick who was A++. He was so great that I wanted to give him a shout out. He was professional, timely, understood the importance of this change as it was last minute due to the storm arriving earlier than predicted. He was excellent in getting the script updated so any clients who would call in understood why we were closed.
