Ridiculously complicated and time…

Ridiculously complicated and time consuming to renew an expired license. You would think it would be much easier to give them money... American based Customer Support seems bothered that I called and the nonsense they spewed did not work like they said it would. After just 2 years with Anydesk I am now switching to another remote hosting service.

Pathetic company!!

Pathetic company!!! Acuseed of being a "proffecional user", so they block the access to the software demanding a reduculous price to be paid in order to use it. False advertisement: IT'S NOT FREE EVEN FOR PERSONAL USE. Stay away from these cowboys!!!

PATHETIC

They took $800 from me for 1 year license and then decided to cancel it after a week without any explanation, notice, refund, ANYTHING.. Then its impossible to reach their support!! Really, truly terrible!!!

Sneakily took a further one year's…

Sneakily took a further one year's license fee from my bank without me being aware. I have lost my old account email that was used years but i need that to contact their support. aka there is no way to contact them without knowing your account details

Used by scanmers

Be vary wary of any company/ individual that asks you to install this. My father recently got scammed. The scammer asked him to install this on his phone. Over £50k of high interest loans taken out within 3 weeks. This was the first time I'd ever heard of anydesk.

Scam that tied to access my credit…

Scam that tied to access my credit cards and financials remotely. Rep was vulgar and rude once I started questioning his asking what type of credit cards I have. He said he was verifying my ID through Apple Pay and pretended to be part of Apple Care. False!!

Be careful and avoid them

Apparently Impossible to Cancel

On Dec 5th, 2022 I reviewed AnyDesk regarding their cancellation policy. They responded 6th Dec, 2022 so I know they received the message, unless their AI program doesn't tell them everything. On their site I requested non-renewal. These people do not understand the word NO. I have 13 logged emails on this subject and have spoken with Visa 3x so far. They just posted a renewal charge to my card 28 March, 2023.
This is a good program in the right hands, but deadly in others...

Not allowed to Support my elderly family & friends with computer & on line problems...

I have been using Anydesk for quite a while to support my family and elderly friends with PC issues/on line assistance. Today it is telling me that I am using it "profesionally" and they want me to pay $154 otherwise I will be disconnected 2 April 2023.
There is nowhere I can confirm that this is only used for Family/Friends combatting this digital age or PC problems.

Zero support

Zero support, cannot not even access support through the website. No chat, no phone number and not clear on setting up and using. Stay away there are better out there.

What a piece of junk zero support

What a piece of junk zero support. Does not work well suddenly for no reason it will kick you out and you will not be able to control any computers. Know you cannot support your clients. Definitively do not use this software.

Often used by scammers

Be careful of companies that ask you to use Anydesk to access your computer - ensure they are not scammers as this app is often used in scams to access your personal information. This has been my recent experience.

Not bad

Was a great product last year. Now this year, 2023, there were numerous issues. They updated their servers, without informing clients, I ended up having connection issues for a week, not good. Customer service needs some tweaking. I run a Professional IT company and need software like this and after MANY emails, they did finally resolve the issue. Don't know what they found, but it works again.

Issues, problems and confusion.

I purchased the Solo version of Anydesk at 13:00 on 20/02/23. The instructions for use are a mindblowing mixture of nonsense, none of which is suitable for a non-techie like me. I didn't realise that they don't support the "Solo" version, so I am lost.

I am trying to purchase

I am trying to purchase, but payment failed first time and later it will not allow me to try again because username already exists. Tried the Chat, but totally waisted time. It is impossible to get in touch with someone and the robot is terrible.

Great product however customer support…

Great product however customer support & customer services are terrible. I have upgraded to the solo license and some of the basic features have stopped functioning. I can no longer access the address book as I now get the message this is a premium feature, if you already own a license activate it now. I cannot get this resolved. Anydesk, please do better. Or point me in the direction for the correct help.
