gaming desk :
that's the only item that i liked very much, one thing to criticize would be the luminiscent band tend to fall off and i need to constantly stick it back otherwise it's an amazing gaming desk
home gym machine :
it does the job but the height of the handle is fixed, meaning if you're not tall enough, you'll be training shoulders instead of chest, i'm 1M73 and this is just silly
executive chair :
with respect it sucks, it hurts on both where you sit and your back, can't sit confortably without using a silicone pillow for the base and for the back

if i'm ever gonna buy something it surely wont be from them

Aosom has amazing products at really good pricings plus thier sales promos adds a cherry on top.I had a minor issue regarding a missing cap for a cantilever Patio Umbrella , a customer service Rep picked up and resolved by sending the piece that was missing via FedEx if im not mistaken. I received in about 3 days. I was pleased enough that I purchased a second cantilever patio umbrella but a different color . I usually dont give 5 stars but Aosom you've earned it, thanks and keep up the good work. I was not coerce in any way to write this review. I think quality service and product should be commended especially in today's climate where integrity in brands and services seem to constantly fall short.

Items shipped and arrived on time. The glue let go on one of the pantry doors so it required some prep, re-gluing, clamping it overnight and a bit of cleanup. It wasn't a big deal but something I shouldn't have to do and of course it seeds the doubt about product quality. It's been a month though and they're holding up fine, look great and my wife's happy so I am too!

Ordered dining table and chairs. One of the chair had issue in its screw hole alignment, i couldn't put a screw in it.

Unfortunately, this outdoor arbor rusts. The day after I put it out, we had rain and rust showed up in multiple locations. So I have painted it with anti-rust paint but this should not be necessary on a brand new item.

Super fast delivery, great value. Easy assembly and a good instruction manual. And spares too! We bought two cat towers.

Nothing fit properly one of the chair is crooked and don't touch properly on the floor
