I ordered the raised flower beds. They are a very sturdy, nice looking product as advertised. Delivery was quick. The tracking number worked great.

I was extremely disappointed with the order I received because I noticed there was no base for the parasol. Then I spotted a small box containing a solar-powered base, but there were no wires. I inspected the parasol but couldn't find where to attach it; I also found it expensive compared to the one I had bought at Rona.

The item is sturdy.
Does take over an hour to put together.

My shed arrived very promptly! It was fairly easy to put together, but the instructions were somewhat ambiguous. The colour and size were exactly as described. The material is relatively thin, and will not likely have longevity, but it is perfect for what I need it for right now. I applied a coat of clear varethane to help maintain its lifetime, as it will be sitting outdoors.

The delivery timeframe was excellent, but the product itself turned out to be incredibly disappointing. There was a terrible smell coming from one of my ottomans I had purchased and it is so bad that I have to get rid of it. All of my linens that were being stored in there had to be washed twice to get rid of the smell. It's unfortunate as the product looks/works well.

FedEx misinformation about delivery day was delivered two days later than email notice.

The items arrived very quickly, they where exactly as described and the price point was very acceptable.

The checkout process prompted me to select a free gift, indicating that I qualified for one. However, the free gift was not included in my shipment.

When I contacted Support, I was told that the free gift was not applied because I used a discount code. This restriction was never disclosed anywhere during the checkout process. Instead, I was explicitly prompted to choose a free gift, which reasonably led me to believe I would receive it.

This is very confusing and, at a minimum, misleading. If discounts make customers ineligible for the free gift, that should be clearly stated before checkout rather than prompting customers to select one that won't actually be included.

The product is ok (Outsunny 3 Pieces Rattan Wicker Set w/ Loveseats), and we’ll see how it performs. You get what you pay for.
