Service and communication
I’ve bought several units and have been impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of the items. When i did have an issue the customer service were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Im not a fan of flat packs but the ones i did receive have had fantastic directions and step by step process.

All parts fitted perfectly
All parts fitted perfectly, although I assembled it myself and it took 7 hours.

Does the job.
The product arrived quickly and well packaged. It was straight forward to put together. Looks nice and for price i paid the standard of wood is ok.
Only problem is that the doors do not meet in the middle so there is a gap about 10- 15 mm. Not great but did not realise the doors were not the right length until we put them on which is quite near the end of putting it together.
