Need to focus on affordable housing. It's frustrating when you have a sight that only deals with unethical rents for housing it makes the customer's stress level rise. It needs to be more working class friendly instead of super rich friendly.

Hi Trinnice! As each individual property differs in its policies and what it does or does not accept in terms of housing programs, the best thing to do is to reach out to the property directly. You can send them a message by clicking on the message button at the top of the listing or access their number by clicking the phone icon.

I do like the updates
I do like the updates, but they’ve started showing me apartments that are definitely out of my price range.
Thanks to the company for responding. I now Thumbs down the suggestion and they are going away.

We create different categories of matches, some of which broaden the budget of your search in order to provide more options for you. You can skip those categories entirely or just click the “thumbs down” button on those listings. They’ll be moved to your “not for me” category!

It's like Tinder for apartments. Gross.
It's like Tinder for apartments and it's absolute garbage. I couldn't bear more than a few minutes on the site to see if most the results are sponsored or not, but it kept giving me results that were not at all close to the parameters I set.
The site "guides" you through so much stuff and requires sign-up and personal info given in order to see ANY results. The whole thing just feels GROSS.

What a joke this site was
What a joke this site was. I went on looking for my daughter, I put in her budget and it kept showing me places $350 - $600 over her budget????? It was ridiculous.
Then when it's trying to get your profile it stated it was going to show a number of units and to put if I liked it or not. As soon as I "attempted" to merely view the first one it immediately took it away and stated something along the line of "Great now we have an idea as to your likes"???? I didn't even get to view it.
I wouldn't get on this site again if you paid me. Why the heck would you show units over someone's budget??

Accurate and up to minute updates for rent specials, price and availability. All within my search criteria that I had provided. I always checked with actual rental site and it was 99% accurate compared to the other sites I've used.
