Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with this hosting company, never seen such low awareness and 0 caring about their users. Tried to change servers multiple times because of connection issues on their end with plausible evidence, just to be turned down and said it was fine the TPS ingame, when i clearly specified it wasn't and showing sparks profiler with clear ping issues of everyone playing. After this, they changed the server 3 times to the SAME exact place without warning and finally, after the 4th complain, specifically choosing Europe servers as preferred, got moved to Singapore... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! I wish i could take away stars, such a bad experience, if you can even call it one... Taking a shit to the face has probably a better feeling than the extremely infuriating replies their support team send back...

Prompt & effective

I find the tech support to be super helpful and prompt, they deal with me very well when I am a bit stressed out and are lovely even when I have no clue what I am doing!!

Great Service and Quality Connection

I rarely have server issues, and even the AI helper on the website is good for most issues. So far, there are still always human experts if you need one to troubleshoot anything, and they're always professional and eager to help!

tech assistance would get 100 stars if possible. they are courteous and patient every time. i have had issues that they have walked me through and gone above and beyond everytime to ensure i am all set. for those just learning the process and new to hosting this is the one to choose.

Uploading pre existing world complications. FIXED!

The previous night I bought a server, and tried uploading my world I made with my wife (LAN Play). I work a 24/7 on call job. So she can only play when im home. So we played for almost a week and got far in a new world. Didnt want to restart so we got the server so she can access it without me online. From here it all went downhill. I was chatting with the AI bot and it was giving me directions. It felt as if I was making the problem worse. I finally gave up after 4 hours of trying to figure this out.

Fast forward to the next day. I jump back in and ask to talk to a human. Bryan got it fixed and my world uploaded within 20 ish mins. The only thing i had to do was provide a generate service pin and he took care of everything else. The only thing i would say could be better about the whole thing is that the response time could have been slightly faster or atleast explain that you are looking into it and for me to patiently wait. other wise 10/10

I get myself into the most crazy things…

I get myself into the most crazy things and their support team always gets me out of it. Marco was the most recent victim and I apparently really made a mess of things because he spent quite a while trying to fix it all. but as always, i'm back up and running and the entire thing was smooth and fast.
