Best Server Hosting and Customer Service
I have been using APEX for a decade and I truly cannot recommend them enough! Not only is the server hosting absolutely fantastic, but the customer support is beyond belief. The help they give is unmatched. More than that though, it has been that way consistently then entire time I have used them.

Amazing at fixing issues

I was having a mod version issue and…
I was having a mod version issue and the ai started out pretty helpful but was unable to fully assist in fixing my issue, however Marco Padilla stepped in and gave me the info i needed to move forward with my request, being that i needed to submit a ticket to have my mod updated and installed, since Apex was a tad behind in getting it moved to the new version, but thats ok, either way i got what i need thanks to him in a fast and efficient manner, thank again Marco, you guys really are known for your good customer service.

Excellent customer support experience
At some point during normal use of the server, a seemingly very complex problem popped up that none of us could figure out.
The agent who connected with us, Zachary, was immediately responsive with looking into the problem, clearly understood what I was experiencing and had a solution that got us up and running within minutes!
This experience happened in nighttime hours in most locations, so I'm doubly impressed that support was this immediately accessible.
