You can not contact them. Only get transferred to Citizens Advice who you do not want to speak to. One wants to contact Trading Standards to clarify, as in my case, that work is carried out in the correct manner to the acceptable standard. So why are they there?

This is a scam. Ordered from them and they say that they have sold out and getting more in. Then they have been let down by their supplier and although they give you the option to choose a gift because they are late with the order they still don’t send it out. I asked them to cancel the order and return my money. They have now gone silent and are not replying to me! SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I still haven’t received my money and it’s been a week! It was suppose to be a gift for my son’s birthday and now I can’t afford anything else!

Awful. Customer service is non existent. Trying to contact them to chase up a returned watch refund, tried Facebook, email (numerous times) message live chat on their site, nothing back whatsoever.

Can’t lie i was skeptical! I was concerned about being ripped off as this has happened to me before. However, i messaged them directly through FB late at night (around 9:30pm) expressing my concerns and a kind worker got back to me almost INSTANTLY, explaining that they were working late that night and could pack my order for me right there and then if it would help put my mind at ease. They proceeded to fulfill my order and sent out a photo of the packaged item with my postage label on and tracking number that same night, and 3 days later here it is!! The watch is really nice and i’m really happy with it it looks like a much much more expensive watch so chuffed with my purchase ! Thanks guys! happy customer!

I have bought the ghost watch from Apex. Quick delivery and I wasn't disappointed with the look or quality. Had to get the strap adjusted at a Jewelers, and they commented on how great and well made this watch was! Excellent reassurance if any needed.

I bought a watch, I chose to refund it due to the fact I was gifted with 2 watches. It was couple days after I bought it and they still haven’t dispatched it. I chose to refund it, they said yes but now it’s been over 2 weeks since they said it. No refund , no response. This place is not trust worthy. I haven’t even got the watch neither the money.

Overall the watch is nice but I have a few issues with it and they are ignoring all my attempts to contact. I had faith in buying from this company due to their initial speedy replys about purchasing and delivery but it would appear that once they have your money they're checked out. Avoid this company.

I Bought the ghost gold hybrid, the bracelet broke after two days. The quality of bracelet is shocking and I have been trying to contact the manufacturer for 6 weeks to get a refund and no luck. Do not purchase from this company.

POOR QUALITY - AVOID
I have just brought 2 of these watches. Ghost | Black & Silver AND Skeleton | Rose & Gold.
Neither watches keep time, even when properly wound up, after about 2hrs they are behind.
The strap on the ghost is terrible - it's so rattly it might as well be made from tin foil!
I've contracted them a number of times and had no response!

Great watches it arrived on time and was well packaged 5 stars.
