AAPEX - CEASED TRADING 2024 

Delayed postage due to out of stock that resulted in me having to give a print out of the order as a present. Very poor communication from the team and the promise of a 'Free Gift' as compensation for the delay never arrived.

Also, the box that was illustrated on the site wasn't what the watch came in. Wouldn't shop again, nor would I recommend!

Received a broken watch, I have sent numerous emails to get help with this and no one has contacted me the watch is useless as it’s broken, customer service is none existent. Originally I wanted an exchange but now I just want rid and I want a refund

It’s been a week since I received this watch I have sent so many emails and still no one has contacted me to sort a return so I can get a refund !!

Still no contact from Aapex customer service regarding a broken watch I received a week ago, I have sent many emails regarding this and have had no reply!
Finally received an email well over a week later with a return label and stating I would receive a new watch, The broken watch was sent back signed for and was received Saturday and yet again I’m still awaiting to hear from them.

Received an email saying I would receive a new watch within the next few days, I’m not sure when this will be haven’t received yet nor have I received any tracking info so still no watch.

Still no new watch or any tracking information regarding when I will receive it, I am so frustrated and massively disappointed at how I’ve been treated by this company!

Finally received a replacement watch which has taken forever, no communication no apology such bad customer service.
This whole experience was hassle from being to end I really wouldn’t recommend this company at all which is a shame because the watch is actually really nice but the service is beyond a joke. If I could give the company no stars I would.

Still no reply regarding my appex watch return is the company genuine?

They have flagged this as harmful and illegal stuff

It’s completely untrue I’ve sent the order number my name and telephone number and there trying to take this down
So far no one has contacted me about sending my watch back for a refund, I have followed the refund policy exactly as there website

Ordered my watch on the 30/9/22 it’s Now the 13/10/22 and Still no watch all They say is that is at the post office that was on the 7/10/22 Feel like it’s never going to come

Probably because of the volume of sales, the response to emails is delayed, but in the end any problem is solved. He is a seller you can trust.

Ordered my watch over a week ago, I gave received NOTHING! Emailed 2 separate addresses and had no response. I will make this legal as I work in law little do they know! Do not order anything from this company, 100% a scam

After a week AAPEX did resolve the issue, they also gave me a very nice pair of sunglasses for the inconvenience, the watch is of good Quality I am very pleased with it

Well aapex is a definite scam ,ordered the silver ghost 1 week ago ,had no response whatsoever from the SUPPOSED company ,absolute sh#! sham DO NOT ORDER !!

I have not received my watch yet order was placed on 16/09/22 and it’s now 27/09/22 , I’ve not had any further details a tracking number or any information at all

I was searching high and low for a particular style of watch. AAPEX popped up on instagram so checked them out and they had exactly what I was looking for.
I placed my order for the black classic and it was delivered within a few days. Very pleased with the quality and feel of the watch and the 2 year warranty gives you peace of mind. No doubt I will be ordering again.
