DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AT ALL! THEY DONT REPLY OR EVEN RESPOND. I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE BUT I SAW ALOT PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS ME!

I've ordered on the 23rd a sliver hybrid watch and it supposed to be arriving within 1-3 days. On the 5th day since the order still not dispatched and still haven't received an answer. Hopefully, it will arrive soon, still waiting.

DO NOT BUY…..Please please please don’t buy from this so called watch company. I had to get a resolution from PayPal as they don’t reply to emails for money they have taken but do not deliver. Also many people state the watches are of a very low quality

Absolutely live the watch I bought for my husband. Arrived in time and looks brilliant. He is in awe of it. Will definitely purchase another one.

I ordered a watch from AAPEX watches on 25 October 2022 and have still yet to receive it. I have emailed the company numerous times to ask about the whereabouts of my watch or to ask for a refund, and I've had zero replies. Please do not throw away your money by using them.

Hello, further to previous messages sent via your website to report a broken strap on a watch purchased last month and only worn once. I have yet to receive a response. This was purchased as a 21st Birthday present so the importance of this matter being resolved is significant. If no response received within the next 24hours I will look to report the company via the appropriate channels Trade Ombudsman etc.

I purchased a watch from this company 2 weeks ago now, still have not recieved any confirmation of purchase, no receipt to return this piece of scrap,nothing!! I recieved the watch and it isn’t even working, the strap is also bent and the clasp does not hold tight! Get your money and flush it down the toilet, it would be better spent that way!!
I have emailed the company now on 4 occasions with no reply, absolutely abysmal experience!

Still haven’t had no contact from the company emailed over 5 times and everything no reply 150 pound for nothing because the watch had come broken after waiting stupid times for it trying to get it returned for my money and no answer at all outrages shocking and ricilous I feel like if they have a store paying them a visit if anyone knows if they do please contact me

Absolute trash customer service no re assurance on delivery despite it being 1 week late still not arrived yet I’ve contacted the team to no avail probably scammed me on the £100 watch

Ridiculous service and company.! My wife bought me an AAPEX watch for our wedding. Within 2 hours the watch has stopped!! We both have emailed them for a return label. I have messaged them on Instagram and still nothing.
This is a complete joke .. they will hold off until the 30 days are up then you can’t return!

Seems like a total scam. Sent an email to cancel the order. No response and they sent it anyway.
Watch came pretty quickly, opened it and the box cover is worn. Watch has scratches on it. I've emailed them for a return label and refund and absolutely no response.
Please just reply with the return label and then issue the refund.
Happy to change the review if you give some service, but please acknowledge emails and keep the promises from your website.

I have sent several email to the customer service for refund. I haven't received any support or assistance from this company. I have a product that I don't want ro keep and I can't have my money back.

It's not fair and this is against your own return policy.
