I keep failing to create a customer account on Apple TV. When I try to log in, the password is apparently wrong. But they already have my credit card details. Be careful, this could be a huge fraud.

Cancellation difficulties

I've had to raise a dispute with my bank just to cancel the subscription. I spent an hour trying to cancel through my phone, laptop, TV the lot but it was just impossible. You click on cancel subscription on the TV and it asks you to sign in using the qr scanner on your phone but just takes you back to the same page once you login. Customer service is non existent.

Had a free week start of the year and luckily cancelled before the well overpriced auto renewal!
There is nothing worth watching on this streaming platform. Literally pointless. I wouldn't download it even if it was free!

If I could give it 0 I would. Just got 3 month free trial but can't login on smart tv as it keeps asking me to create a new account when I already have one 5 emails, 6 sms texts 5x 3factor verification and 40 minute further on I still can't access. RottenApple

Failure to act on negative reviews

My son helped me take out subscription (with great difficulty) and now I'm trying to cancel it after a few months. Tried online without success and helpline guy couldn't help either. Similar problems with Disney plus. Don't these people ever act on negative reviews like those on Trustpilot?

Unstable Platform

Same as everyone else. App stability is shocking. Can't sign in most days, have "technical difficulties" a lot. Content is very light. Stable platform required. Try Amazon TV or Netflix no access issues there.

Avoid like the plague its a con

Avoid like the plague its a con. I did the free trial subscription and all fine. But now locked out, keep trying the online apple sign in and reset my password. Yet everytime it never recognised new password. Can't cancel subscription, paid for 2 months and can't watch apple on sky. Won't recognise the code or anything, it's infuriating.

Very poor quality and service app

Paying for Apple TV monthly subscription on my Samsung smart TV. So much of the Apple content has additional charges. Paid additional charges to watch a series. Watched episode 1 to 3, episode four is blocked and a pop up notified me it is not compatible and needs to be watched on an Apple product, which I don't have. Episode 5 also works on my samsung. Did a reboot and 4 is still blocked. I still have 10 episodes to watch and then will have to pay more for season 3. Very poor quality and service app.

Horrible service
So hard to creat an account with apple.
I tried yesterday the free trial and today I can't log in at all to that account. After a few attempts, they locked the account. Now I am worried what if I cannot cancel the subscription because the account is locked. Apple TV is a SCAM.

Signed up for free trial in UK

Signed up for free trial in UK, watched one episode of Slow Horses. All OK. Went to another European country, watched most of the rest of Slow Horses on a TV there that I own. No problem. Came back to UK 10 days later and cannot get into Apple TV. It repeatedly comes up with "in-app purchases not allowed ...." or demands another subsciption. I am subscribed. This is such rubbish. I have tried various work-rounds recommended. Nothing works.
