Appliance People 

First time using this company. And I have to say would not hesitate to use again the guy I spoke to was Chris and he answered all my questions on the appliances I ordered even saying they would hold on to my appliances till my kitchen was fitted whitch was really nice saves us tripping over them at home, so I would like to say thank you to Chris for all his help.

Very disappointed
The ordering was good and efficient.
But if you want any help after delivery, very poor service.

I was persuaded to have the Smeg dishwasher with cutlery tray. I have had to remove cutlery tray because the glasses fall or jam with the cutlery tray. When I mentioned this, they weren't interested. £50.00 extra for tray.
Also been waiting for missing glass shelve on fridge, since April (29th June now) Just no after care with this company.
These items will have to be returned.

I am so impressed with Appliance People. Thank you so much for my lovely new Induction cooker. The first cooker had a fault and you guys sorted it out within 24 hours. The delivery guys were great and made sure that it was placed just at the right spot for installation. They have done a great job and I am really thankful. Special thanks to Nigel and Rhys who helped co-ordinate the delivery and exchange. Well done!

Rangemaster kitchener dual fuel 100 cooker .very pleased with the service of appliance people and the quality of the cooker

Was looking for a particular model of Range oven. Chris helped from the get-go; answered the phone first time- and rang me back when he promised.
Nothing was too much trouble- checking i had ordered the correct size, colour and spec.
Would use this company in a heartbeat!

The Appliance People were a pleasure to deal with. They kept us updated on expected delivery date, in fact we got our fridge earlier than expected. The delivery was then a task in itself manoeuvring a big heavy fridge into out little cottage! The guys did an amazing job, they were so professional and patient, we were delighted.

Wow! 👏Very Good, honest company. Ordered my condenser dryer a week ago, I ordered it online through their website and I emailed them just to make sure it had all gone through with them OK.

They reassured me it had all gone through and I had paid for it. After that I didn't hear from them from the Friday I had paid until Tuesday when I rang them.

That was the only issue I had but other than that, I am so pleased with their service and my machine arrived this morning (Thursday the following week). 😀 I am very happy with it.

Although the sun is out I do have it on! ☺ Thank you Appliance People! I will definitely be buying from you from now on!

I was really happy and satisfied with the work that they did with my fridge, this company is really good and I think more people should go to this company if they need anything fixed.

I love my kitchen! I told them the two main things I wanted and talked about the colour scheme of my apartment and by the end of the day I was given the design of what is now installed. James had created an incredible workspace/ show stopper that I feel proud to own and cannot wait to host parties in it to really show it off. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Just ordered a Fisher & Paykel range oven from AppliancePeople and was a bit nervous using an on-line service for such a big purchase.
My concerns came into sharp focus when I noted, just after I finished the payment process, that the googlemaps view of my delivery address was incorrect by several hundred miles!

There is an online enquiry option which I immediately clicked on and dutifully filled in my worry... Thinking "here we go.."

Within minutes of the email have being sent I was very suprise to receive a call from Chris at Appliance People. He resolved the issue, discussed delivery options and process and totally put my mind to rest. I'm really surprised and impressed by this level of service.
Thank you Chris, you've transformed my opinion and left me feeling confident for the delivery and with your service standards.

Brilliant service.Very competitive pricewise but the main difference was their excellent service. I was always able to get straight through and talk to a real person based in their office ! They always communicated any issues either by phone or e mail.Delivery was as scheduled and their delivery guys were efficient and friendly.100% happy customer

This company restored my faith in customer service. I ordered too late on their website to get the delivery time I needed; after a short phone call, they arranged earlier delivery and were so helpful about it. The item arrived exactly as they said it would and all at a very competitive price.

If you want a company that cares about your experience this is it - all my appliance purchases are coming from them in the future and I recommend them whenever I get the chance =:-)
