The best experience I have ever had when buying an appliance. Not only did I get a great deal, everyone I spoke to at Appliance People - to check when the machine could be delivered and then to check it was on its way - were so friendly and helpful.
The delivery drivers were also brilliant - really lovely people.

Wendy was fantastic and took every care to keep my mother informed of progress at all times. Even when the model we wanted was not available she was honest and worked through a number of options with us. She took the extra time to ensure that all my mother's concerns were addressed. Really good, old fashioned and personal customer service. So rarely seen today

We ordered the fridge freezer online and requested click and collect. We arrived at the showroom/warehouse to find Jonathan on his own, however, he could not be more helpful, going above and beyond to get the appliance from the warehouse into our car. Great product! great price! great service! Would highly recommend! Well deserved 5 stars.

Really proactive and positive experience.

We bought an ex display American fridge/freezer which was a third of the price of ones in the shop and looks brilliant. It looks new. The service I received from Nigel was quick, efficient and professional and within a few days of making the call, they had delivered this to my home. I will definitely use this company again.
