What attracted me initially was the great price, far more competative than other outlets. Placing the order was quick and simple, after the confirmation e-mail i thought job done, not so! i was pleasently suprised to get a call the next day checking all was ok and also enquiring the correct information was included in the conformation, i was advised on how the order would proceed all very helpful.
On the day of delivery again a call and e-mail to advise what time to expect delivery and the delivery crew were ultra efficient and polite, bringing my appliance to the kitchen with no hassle or quible - good old fashioned customer service.

After delivery i received another call to make sure all was ok with the service provided.

The whole experience was excellent and made us as customers feel valued and appreciated - keep up the good work

First class service, excellent price (much cheaper than the mainstream stores) and delivered exactly when they said - even received a call from delivery driver over an hour before they arrived. I had never heard of “Appliance people” it came up on an internet search, but they were so good on price and service, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Really helpful and pleasant staff (also patient🙄) Lovely to talk to an actual person! Very easy transaction and delivered within 3 days of order and on time. Couldn't be happier with my Zanussi oven.

Unlike many other suppliers, Appliance People only sell what they have in stock. They can be relied upon to ensure sufficient stock to satisfy every order before taking payment and promising a delivery date. They deliver within the specified timeframe and the courteous delivery driver offloads precisely where you want it. I just wish I had found Appliance People earlier to avoid disappointments with other unscrupulous so called 'appliance dealers'.

Within a few hours of placing the order, we were contacted about delivery and on the day of delivery contacted to give exact time. Delivery men were very friendly too and a follow up call to make sure we were happy with service. 1st class service from order to delivery.

What mad my experience great was the on line assistance the quickness of delivery all very smooth, the delivery man eagles helpful pleasant he unpacked my dryer as my husband wasn’t there even he had not been instructed to, what a really pleasant young man he was excellent thank you so much

A random google search bought The Appliance People to my attention.
The item was competitively priced and a phone call later (answered immediately) to verify the product and price, I ordered it. From that moment the communication was second to none and in fact the delivery was earlier than I had expected,
I received further comms to confirm I was happy after delivery.
Overall I can’t fault them.
Use these guys you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Placed order online for tumble dryer late on a Tuesday evening. I was phoned on the Wednesday to say they could deliver the next day and would be phoned a hour beforehand. As promised I received a phone call and the delivery driver was there within the hour. Made no fuss about bringing the tumble dryer around the back. Brilliant and such a good price!!

Excellent customer service from placing the order to delivery. Refreshing to find old fashioned customer service still exits.

I found Appliance People to be very easy, helpful and straigtforward to deal with. The delivery of my dishwasher was arranged meticulously from advance notification of the day (to suit myself), to a phone call confirmation the day before and a call on the day giving me an hour's notice. The guys brought the dishwasher to the front door but made no fuss when I had to direct them to the back, by route of a sizeable amount of pavement and a deeply rutted service road. They were cheerful, efficient and gone before I could boil a kettle. I had also arranged in advance to have Appliance People take away my old dishwasher (for a small fee which I had paid for at the same time as the new machine). Unfortunately, my plumber had not had the time to detach the old dishwasher (it being an integrated machine), but this was not a problem and within a few days, I was given a refund. Great service all round and I would have no hesitation using them again.

I placed my order for a Miele built-in oven, available at a fantastic clearance-sale price from Appliance People, on 23 February and, to my amazement, was offered next day delivery. Being a light-sleeper and up and about much earlier than my neighbours I was willing to accept a 6.30 a.m slot in preference to a late afternoon delivery. The delivery arrived bang on time; the driver, without being asked, took care to avoid waking my neighbours; and he suggested I lay something down to avoid the (small) pallet making any marks on my floor where I wanted the oven parked. More than that he even thanked me for accepting such an early delivery slot. The whole transaction from order to delivery was fast and efficient, and everyone I dealt with when they rang about delivery options, and in person during the delivery, was courteous and helpful. The delivery guy was also cheerful and it was a great start to my day!
I would happily shop with Appliance People again and have no reservations about recommending them.

Excellent personal communications, kept up to date right from the initial order to the delivery. Delivery men polite and helpful, I’d recommend this company wholeheartedly. Couldn’t be bettered.

Ordered a dishwasher only to be contacted the next day to be advised they had made a pricing error and will not be honouring the order. Terrible service and reccomend taking business elsewhere.

Order the washing machine on the 3rd of January, and received a phone call on the 5th to say they were out of stock so I selected another one to be told on the 12th of January there was long delays on it leaving me with no washing machine for two weeks

I purchased a Range-master cooker, which was very much needed to host several families over the Christmas period, and this company really accommodated me so well. From purchased to delivery, it was 4 days! Johnathan, the sales manager was extremely kind, and helpful and communicated with me regarding the delivery very well. I would highly recommend purchasing any appliance from 'The Appliance People' because they really have a top class customer service, and really go the extra mile!

I would steer clear of this company. I bought a series 6 Bosch washing machine that cost about £700 from there. I paid for their installation service as well. Within 4 weeks of receipt and installation of the washing machine, it stopped working. I contacted the company to let them know their appliance is faulty and I would like a replacement, they refused to take the appliance back. Even with me being within my consumer rights, they stopped picking up my calls and I have not been able to reach them till now.

They told me to contact Bosch to repair the appliance, I contacted Bosch and Bosch informed me that I was within my consumer right to ask for a refund or a replacement from the seller. I then contacted appliance people but they refused stating they are a small business and they are unable to replace or refund the item. I told them that is not my business as they provided me with a faulty appliance and that Bosch explained to me what my consumer right was. All they cared about was that Bosch should not have given me this information.

Bosch mentioned that the only thing they can do was repair the appliance as a third party as I didn’t buy the appliance from them. They advised that Appliance People as the seller should be giving me a refund or a replacement since they can tell from the checks that they had conducted over the phone that the washing machine was faulty.

I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. They only contacted me since the issue last year Dec before Christmas, after I left a review on here. They refused to contact me back.

I asked for a replacement of Bosch washing machine that stopped working in less than a month of me buying the washing machine from them and they refused. They wanted Bosch to repair the appliance as if it was Bosch I bought the appliance from. Total fraud I would say. Never again!

Very helpful and a friendly company to deal with, great communication from placing the order to deliver. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Appliance People.
