The guys choppa and raj help me out a lot with getting a new vehicle. As I was in a lot of shitty equity, and they were able to turn that stuff around. And they were patient, they were kind. I owed them a bunch of gratitude. I'm enjoying my new vehicle so much. And I recommend anybody who has had shitty credit or bad equity or anything. They could fix it and get you satisfied with a vehicle that you desire.M have a peace of mind

Salesman says that he will find me a vehicle with low kilometres he give me a Carfax showing 23,125 km was on May 23, 2024 went to the office the signed papers . He gave me the paperwork highlighted where I have to initial and I did not look at the kilometre because I was in a rush to get back to work so I have to picking up my vehicle on Derry Road found out the vehicle had 78,521 km on it. That is just in one and a half years 55,000 km/h so The salesman called me on after New Year’s and I ask him what kind of vehicle he give me that is not low kilometre I told him he was a liar and it’s not fair to do business like that to customer

What a great team I met at approval genie. Very understanding and very straightforward. Their knowledge helped me get where I need to be. Went through a lot of struggles trying to get a vehicle. Martin was by my side, every step of the way and very loyal.

This was my second experience, and while the overall process was okay, I was a little disappointed with the timing of my car delivery. It took well over two weeks for the vehicle to be delivered. I do understand that the holidays likely caused some delays, and that working with third parties can also impact timing. Despite this, staff was always available to answer my questions and to keep me updated. I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t use Approval Genie again or recommend them; however, I would be more mindful and cautious regarding timing in the future.

Their cars are not reliable
Broke down one year and a half after the transaction
And the interest fees they approved are awful no negotiations no follow ups......
And that samuel guy in Laval is the biggest lier I ever met....
Brought a new guy for a new car he took the 500 cad in his pocket.... cheap.... but ....

After signing a contract it took way too long to actually get the vehicle, after 3 different times I was guarantee I would receive the car. After one day after receiving the car I noticed some damage (taillight is completely cracked, front bumper is out of alignment, suggesting it struck something) After being a customer for 5+ years didn't think I'd be treated like this
