No more scorpions or spiders
Aptive is amazing! Since we started using them for pest control 3 years ago I haven’t see scorpions or spiders in my house or yard! That is hard to do where we live because of the huge empty field behind our home. Love their service! Their service techs are very thorough when treating my yard. They do not spray in my home.

A Professional Job
We've had a total of three treatments. Each time, the Aptive technician has arrived on schedule, has let us know by phone 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time, and done a professional job of applying the treatments. We've not actually seen pests other than ants, but we know they're in the area, and Aptive's treatments seem like a good precaution.

Did not identify the company name by ID when called before arriving, so I don't answer the call (this is a very common practice these days by scammers). Then didn't ring the doorbell on arriving, so I didn't get chance to talk to the new trainee person accompanied by a trainer about the problem area and it WAS NOT taken care of. I should not have to pay for this. Your automated program did not serve me well this time.

Termite guy showed up. I asked for him to text when done. I wanted to open garage for him to inspect. Never saw him from my back window to see if he was inspecting perimeter. Went outside 15 min later, no truck. He also promised pictures. Nothing….
