Would have been 5 stars if the "rubbish" had all been cleared away, some wet cardboard pieces left behind. The installation of the walk-in shower was 5 star.

Aquability gave good service all round

Aquability gave good service all round, from order to fitting. Were on time, did the fitting in the time stated.
Fitter did an excellent job, friendly, asked question of us at different parts of the instalation to make sure it was right for us. Left everything clean and tidy Job well done .

Seamless experience from start to finish.

The Aquability salesman/surveyor arrived on time as arranged. He was very knowledgeable, courteous about our requirement for a walk in shower. He surveyed the bathroom together with my wife and I and made his recommendations which were agreed between us. We placed the order and accepted a delivery time of eight to ten weeks. Within eight weeks the order was delivered for installation the next day. Unfortunately the installation day my wife was poorly and we couldn’t surrender the bathroom. Dan the plumber was already parked outside the house at 0730. I had to go out and explain to him that we will have to cancel. He was extremely sympathetic to our difficulties and said he would tell the office. The office rang a couple of hours later and were very understanding and re scheduled installation. Dan turned up the following week and has done a first class job. A proper tradesman. Finished in a day all working,all left clean and tidy. Rubbish removed same day. I would recommend Aquability wholeheartedly.

Very efficient work carried out as instructed by Aquability.

The walk in bath was delivered on the date you stated. The fitter came next day at 8am all the way from Bedford. He was very polite & worked very quickly. He did a very good job & cleared up after. Left all the parts that were taken out in the garden. Next day a lorry came after letting me know the time & registration of the vehicle. Cleared up to photos before & after. All very efficient. The quality of the product was…

The quality of the product was excellent, the plumber who came to fit it was really good, he came at 8am and was finished by 4pm
He was very tidy ,he covered the carpets with dust sheets and tidied every thing up ,the old bath was removed the same day, I would certainly recommend Aquability to anyone who is thinking of using them

Thank you Aquability! Really pleased 🙂

We've been really impressed with the service received from Aquability and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I initially saw their advert in a weekly TV listing magazine and decided to find out more. I checked their online reviews and came across a lot of very happy customers so decided to call them for a quote. Within a few days one of their sales team came round, had a measure up, went through their range and provided us with what we thought was a very fair price. Time was taken to explain everything including timescales and the installation process and absolutely no pressure was put on us to make a decision. It was left with us to contact them if we wished to proceed further. We decided to order an Easy Entry Aqua Shower, but also arranged for installation of a new toilet and wash basin, which we would supply. This was done at a very reasonable cost. The shower we chose replaced an existing bath and the real beauty of the whole installation was that everything was installed leaving absolutely no evidence of the old fittings, or any remedial work needing to be done. The whole process from the initial sales visit to installation took three months, you have to bear in mind that the showers are made to order to fit the specification of room they are to be installed in. This was explained to us at the point of placing the order, but for us we were in no hurry. I believe that orders can be put through faster if there is a particular requirement to do so. Our installation was booked for two days because of the additional toilet and hand basin being installed, however the installer was fantastic, he worked so hard and got the whole job done in a day. Really fantastic service, very pleased, thank you! ☺️

Best for both parties to understand and respect each other’s decisions

These staff members can make mistakes and nobody is perfect so best thing for them to do is learn from mistakes and stop sending customers Brochures by mistake as this will cut criticism from the customer and the customers will not give negative feedback/ criticism it’s in the company’s interests to promote healthy customer relationships this would be in best interest of both parties!

Avoid Aquability bathroom company

Avoid Aquability bathroom company, the salesman called John came to visit my bathroom in Cardiff , I wanted to remove bath and install a safe shower tray .John spent 6 hours in my house , all he did was telling lies , saying that I needed a shower pump installed in airing cupboard that would cost £350 , but it would be free if I signed on same day for the work to be done . That pump does not exist , he told me that he would get commission of £160 and he became angry and intimidating if I did not sign a contract.
I signed , but cancelled it later, I advise others to be very aware of this company, and avoid been treated so badly in your own house. He lied all the time , pretending that he was giving me a pump free, but this pump does not exist and it is not needed, so he is lying for me to sign contract, I have reported this to Trading standards, as Rude John lies to older women customers. What a disgrace!
Please avoid distressing yourself by using Aquability. This company has a salesman that lies telling that you need a pump for a shower, the pump is inside the shower unit, not in airing cupboard,but salesman wants to include it in the quote and charge £350. The pump does not exist, I let this man messing up with my bedding to avoid an argument , as he was getting angry, he could not see a pump because it does not exist, but this is a manipulative way to obtain a sale. Please avoid Aquability and find another honest company.
I complained to Aquability and now they are responding that I need a social worker in my house. How offensive is that? What Aquability needs is not to lie and be honest with sales, they are accusing me of my capabilities, because I did cancelled the order , due to this salesman being a nuisance and a dishonest man in my own house . I had to bear with him 6 hours, what type of a decent person behaves in such way?
This man needs to be told not to be in a house 6 hours and getting angry because I did not want to sign a contract.
Aquability shows no duty of care. A very untrustworthy company ! Please do not allow this man to spend 6 hours in your home, I did it as being courteous, I should have opened my front door and demanding him to leave!
Very incompetent company!
I am writing this honest review to make others aware!

We understand that a director called you yesterday to offer our sincere apologies, discuss your experience in greater detail - ahead of a disciplinary hearing - and ensure that your refund was processed immediately.
We have written to you directly with regard to the above and reiterate that we are truly sorry that you felt lied to or pressured about having a shower pump installed. John has informed us that he was trying to explain why it would be better for you to allow him to look in the airing cupboard to assess the capacity of your hot water system during his visit, rather than wait until the day of installation to see if a pump might be required, as a return visit to retro-fit a pump would incur an additional cost. We understand that there was a language barrier to overcome and you preferred not to have your linen disturbed, but hope that this explanation makes the issue a little clearer and that you can understand the reasons behind his request.
During our investigation into your complaint, we did look at your other Trustpilot reviews and note that there have been many other instances of you feeling pressured or mistreated by personnel visiting you at home, including a representative from one of our direct competitors. We therefore respectfully advise you to have a trusted friend, family member or social worker present during future appointments.
We do hope the above goes some way to addressing your concerns and wish you all the best in finding a solution to the difficulties you are currently experiencing. Quality product

Bath installation made very quick got installed before Christmas done very quick I'm able to get into the bath or shower without having to climb into the bath I have a door I can open and close preventing any water coming out and a screen preventing any leaks or splashing onto the floor, installers were very pleasant and demonstrated how everything works.
Only two things which could of commicated better the salesman informing you that there would be pump to help fill up the bath quicker which I didn't know until the installation started being put in,also the installer making sure the tap which might be put on the side of the bath making sure you have enough room between the tap and shower if you have one to able wash yourself without the tap being too close.
So make sure there is enough room measured for movement between shower and tap.

I like the fact that it was done in…

I like the fact that it was done in one day with no mess or major upheaval. The fitters were very efficient and friendly. All the rubbish was taken away.

Excellent Company

Customer services worked with us to meet our timetable for installation. The fitter did an excellent job finishing in half a day leaving a clean and tidy job. All rubbish cleared away without any fuss. Shower is great and looks very stylish.
We would recommend Aquability without hesitation.

I like the new shower and accessories

I like the new shower and accessories, the fitter was excellent very professional and done an amazing job, the rubbish was collected the next day so all good, however I felt the sales person was abrupt and came across like a market trader he needs to slow down and give the customer a chance to talk and ask questions, I also thought the cost of £10,500 a little expensive for what was supplied, plus the shower was fitted 4 weeks later than expected. I would like to point out that the fitter and aquability were able do what other bathroom companies and fitters said couldn't be done so thank you.
