Hard Working Fitter

We had a bit longer delay before fitting but it was well worth it. Good delivery and excellent fitting. The fitter worked so hard to overcome all our problems. The rubbish was collected as promised within 48 hours.

Pleased with the work but spoiled by communication

Very pleased with the work done by the fitter. Very clean & tidy & the shower works beautifully

It would have been nice, if the company got the correct name for the buyer, not the name of the person who made the initial enquiry on letters & emails.

Really knowledgeable and helpful and thorough and speedy!

Aquability sell and install level access showers for people who cannot use a shower over a bath.
Things were getting more and more painful as well as tricky (I frequently felt dizzy and had to grip the tail so tightly my knuckles would bleed) to have a shower. The pleasure of keeping nice and clean gradually, almost imperceptibly, evaporated.
Aquability came to my home, talked me through their product, explained the installation would probably be finished in a day. I got a quote for a new bathroom for comparison purposes - they would take 2-3 weeks to install it. Been there before - OMG all that dust and mess, and not being able to use the facilities exactly when you want to. So I signed on Aquability’s “dotted line”.
Well, they make the “tiled walls” from fibre glass and it’s all done to size. So they have to manufacture it and there was around 8 weeks wait. But I’d waited well over a year whilst making my mind up, so a few weeks longer didn’t matter!
On “installation day”, the goods arrived at the same time as the installers, Danny and his assistant Ethan.
Danny was very experienced, explained exactly what would happen - and it did. They worked hard, involved me in particular when they were putting in my lovely “S” shaped grab rails, for example.
The job they did is lovely…
That means it looks brilliant to show off to people but, more importantly, I can open the sliding glass door of my level access shower cubicle, hold onto the perfect height stylish grab rail and have a magnificent (and safe) shower - lots of wonderfully warm (well quite hot) water. Absolute bliss. Yes, I still hold the grab rails but I don’t have to grip them like my life depends on it, and I don’t feel dizzy.
Danny and his assistant Ethan were amazing. I wish I could employ them to do lots of other jobs, they were trustworthy and personable and industrious and professional and knowledgeable and good at their jobs - thank you 🙏

Installation problems

Installation was delayed by 1 week and confusion around delivery. Once installation commenced the fitter did a very good job. Only issue was electrical sign off was not completed another 6 days. All sorted now and happy overall 👍

Great service from start to finish

We aave been using our new shower facilitis installed by Aquability for a week or mor now and can honestly say that the whole experience has been brilliant.

The initial visit where we were presented with the available options and advised on the best layout and product for us was very friendly and considered.

We were advised about a week before the planned installation date and also the sequence events. The whole setup was delivered a couple of days prior to installation. On the install date the fitter arrived promptly and spent the day fitting the shower assembly and associated plumbing and trim. He made sure that we were happy with the install an explained everything

I wanted to than you all for the brand new shower room.

I wanted to than you all for the excellent service given when fitting our new shower in our bathroom. As advertised the removal of our bath and installation of the shower unit took just a day. The work carried out by the fitter was excellent and we are so pleased with the end product. I will certainly recommend your firm to one and all.

Ideal for us

Very pleased with the whole experience from my initial contact/ enquiry to using the completed installation. All those involved were a pleasure to deal with & our fitter did a splendid job arrived at 8 done by 3. Have now been showering for over 3 weeks & only positives to report. Fully recommended on the strength of our walk in shower product. 👍🏻

Outstanding, start to finish.

The ordering, delivery and install was very simple from start to finish.
The finishing product is outstanding workmanship.
It also only took one day (7.30 - 16.00) to install.

New Shower

Our bath was replaced by a Shower cubicle due to its walk-in advantage. Our experience has been excellent, from the lead-in time to the installation by Stacey in a single day as advertised. We are very pleased with Aquability's service and the shower.

Far too expensive for what it is

The salesman and fitter were excellent. It only took a day to put in and by only one person.
Sadly the actual product itself is far too overpriced, but then we agreed to it, so that says something.
Some parts are flimsy and with hindsight it is not worth the amazing amount paid for it

A brilliant decision!

Marvellous fitter, everything completed on time and left clean and tidy. Absolutely thrilled with my new bath, did not expect it to look so stunning. Wish I had done this long ago but thought these baths were a little ugly. How wrong I was!
Can highly recommend this company for excellent service and quality items.

Very badly misrepresented

They said it would take four weeks. They lied - it took ten weeks between the initial consultation and the fitting.
They said the fitting would take one day. They lied - it took the best part of two.
They said the shower would take up no more room than our then bath. They lied - it has taken up so much room that there is barely space to stand at the basin to clean one's teeth.
Having said that, I have given them 2 stars rather than the 1 they deserve, because the actual shower is actually very nice, even though it has taken over the bathroom.

We're so sorry for the delay installing the shower module and regret that it was not possible to complete this particular installation in one day. This was due to us fitting a new suite with new supplies, in addition to the module, and replacing the floorboards under your old bath.

It is our understanding that this was communicated to you at the point-of-sale and again prior to the installation, though our fitter, George, worked solidly to complete the works as quickly as possible and left everything workable and clean and tidy in order that you were able to access the facilities overnight.

Unfortunately, our records show that an appointment to send a Field Installations Manager to site to check over the installation was cancelled due to sickness and has yet to be re-arranged. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused and the added delay. Please await a call from us in the very near future to organise another visit and we will do all that we can to address any outstanding issues to your satisfaction.

Brilliant service. 5*****

From first enquiry to post installation we were kept informed without being pestered or feeling pressured. We were guided through the whole process and the pros and cons (almost non-existent) were clearly explained, as was the breakdown of costs. We felt included and confident that we had made the right decisions for our needs, both now and in the foreseeable future. Installation was easy, caused minimum inconvenience and was swiftly and professionally carried out.
in short, we are delighted with our new bathroom, wish we had done it years ago and are recommending you to all and sundry.

Shower Out--Bath In

From the initial survey to the installation the work was done in a very professional manor. No hard selling on the survey just a comprenisive assesment of the work involved.
The fitters arrived on the agreed date and finished the installation in one day.
We were surprised at how much interest there was in the new shower. More than one visitor commented on how neat the fitting was and the high standard of workmanship.
