AranGrant seems to me to be a classic case of "bait and switch." Their website advertises heavily discounted business class fares, but then when you speak with someone there, you get fares that are almost exactly the same as those one can get on one's own from the airlines' websites. In my case I found a lower transatlantic business class fare on the very same itinerary that AranGrant proposed, by going directly to the airline. If you're willing to do your own searches, you can often do better.

Started out great, finding good flights and prices for our trip to Australia and New Zealand. Airline canceled one of our flights, and they were able to rebook our trip, though it took a couple of days. Now, less than 40 days before travel, I am again dealing with another airline change. Arangrant has managed to now have 2 record locators for the same flights for the same airline, managing to lose seat assignments at the same time. I have been going back and forth with them by email and phone for 4 days now, and it still has not been fixed as I write this. They twice have closed my case as resolved, even though it is not.
Bottom line, if you are lucky enough not to have changes by the airline, you will get good prices and service for your tickets. However, if there are an complications, you better be persistent, have knowledge of airline ticketing processes, and how record locators work. Their customer service for these kinds of issues is simply awful.

I am currently having a horrible experience with this company. My family and I need to fly from California to London Heathrow March 2026. I booked flights for everybody in October 2025 four of my family will fly direct from Los Angeles but my daughter who is a student in Northern California needs to fly from Sacramento and meters in London I booked my four flights through a company called skylux that I have used many many times. They were unable to help me with the connecting flights for my daughter so I ended up using.Arangrant. And it has been a complete disaster. We are in December and so far AaranGrant has emailed me four times with four flight changes. My daughter has been bumped from all four flights. She now has very long wait times on the ground with her connecting flights of up to five hours at a time when they were originally booked at one hour 30 minutes. We no longer arrive in London at the same time as originally booked we no longer take off at the same time, and I have to worry about her now standing around and connecting airports in the middle of the night when it should’ve been a one hour 30 minute hold in a connecting airport at around 6 PM. This has been massively inconvenient and distressing. I cannot accept all of these flight changes and when I look on Expedia, the flights I originally booked are still available at the same price AaranGrant say it has nothing to do with them, they told me I am not entitled to a refund, and we are stuck with dreadful flights, causing a lot of anxiety and travel problems. If all changes have been made already and I still have three months to go till we fly God knows how many more changes are going to keep getting made.
January 18, I am giving an updated review because I have had 4 requests by email from Arangrant to amend my review. They have refunded me in full and I have rebooked tickets elsewhere which I am extremely grateful for. I am happy with the resolution and grateful Arangrant gave me a Refund.

Absolute trash. They cost me over $1K b/c they lied about my flight being confirmed, then auto cancelled it. In the meantime the price with Iberia went up over $1000. How does Kayak refer them business?

There was no option for zero rating! I negotiated and paid for my ticket. Within an hour of completing my booking and getting my order number I receive an email saying that my booking is no longer valid as the price has changed. They put the blame on the airline. However, Arangrant is an airline consolidator so they set their price. I’m not sure if they think we are idiots. I would be cautious using them. I tried calling them and my agent Wayne ghosted me. I could not get hold of him.
Edit: response to Arangrant response: there is no point in providing you with further info. 2 agents contacted me and kept blaming the airline!
01/24/2026 Please note that I went through the payment verification process and the small amount had already been charged and reversed. Also, a different agent Nash sent me an email. My original agent Wayne ghosted me. Also I did not take out insurance (which I am sure adds to your profit) Therefore I know that this issue is not airline related.
Please stop asking me to increase my rating. Your company backed out of a negotiated deal showing bad faith and untrustworthiness’s.
I am not interested in a $25 voucher as I will NEVER use your company again.
Stop sending me messages to increase my rating. This review stands and will not be changed.
