I bought the membership to use Arca MOMS and Baby WOD trainings. Unfortunately, the facilities and trainings are not baby-friendly - lots of dust and dirt on the floor, the music is way too loud for the little ears.

Fine trainers and program, but won't recommend the membership for mom and baby activities.

Since May 2022 until October 2022, I was a member of Arca. From the beginning the experience was somewhat questionable due to several reasons: lack of individual trainer feedback during group classes, overcrowded training facilities and lack of focus on possible injures for unexperienced participants. Arca put a lot of focus on mass-training and less focus on quality of the training for individuals. An unexperienced individual has a high risk for long-term injuries as all trainings are not really focused on techniques, but rather on speed and quantity of people coming to classes. Mass- training principal is not good. money-making and lack of trainers- drives the overall quality down.

Their business model is scamming people with a terrible product. Their equipment belongs in the junk yard, and if you try to cancel the membership they’ll do what they can to squeeze money out of you.

I happily paid for the extra two months, but because i wasn’t aware that i owed extra (as they failed to inform me, on purpose) i was charged insane penalty charges. This is done on purpose and i doubt the legality of this practice.

Don’t fall for their advertisements.

There’s a reason they’re not allowed to be affiliated with the CrossFit name anymore.

I like the workouts but the prices are crazy expensive. I was a member but then had to stop because it was expensive, then I was able to start again for a short while but have now had to fully stop, because of the price. Almost nothing in student discount. And they really should have a membership cheaper for only classes as I never use open gym which I believe is the same for many others.

Fun and varied workouts, great coaches, plenty of locations to choose from, many different types of classes, great results – highly recommended!

As all previous commenters say - a robbery. You don't use the service, cancel subscription yet Arca continues to charge your card for at least 1 more month.

In 2022 this kind of service is insanity. Imagine netflix charging you an additional year if you wanted to stop subscription (499DKK / month is substantial)

I had signed up for 2 months free. Now, when the free months ended, I was converted to a paid membership. I had not attended their classes once, so I asked them for a refund, and was told that wasn't possible.

And when you cancel, you have to pay for the remained of the month, plus one additional month.

So one week in, I'm forced to pay for 2 months of a service I never did or will use.

Not coming back, and won't recommend you do either.

They are scammers and purposely covert to get all your money - I got on their 2 month trial, cancelled a week before the end but they charged me 499kr anyway. I can live with this, despite it being annoying, expensive and not obvious in the first place. BUT, a week later they charged me again 499kr. That’s 1.000kr over 1 week.

Totally money hungry and immoral. Awaiting a response from customer service to fix this.

I have became a member for their 2 months of free trial membership. I have not been able to go to Arca even one single time however I can see that they have charged me a full membership amount even in the first month. If I wouldn't check my bank account, they could have charge me more. Stay away from this company.

Despite saying per mail I was no longer a member, I just discovered Arca has charged me for a several months. It’s currently also impossible on the website to to recover your membership login. So now, I got a membership I’m not using and being charged for it, even though I was promised back in January (4 months ago), that I wasn’t a member anymore.

I purchased an offer for ARCA however I cancelled a month later as I was not happy with the service. When I cancelled the service I was charged for that month and now I am being charged for February knowing that I will not be using the service and that I have waived it. A robbery.

Arca has perfect customer service. They respond to your emails quickly and find the solution to your problems easily. I am very grateful to them. Thanks!

Great place to workout

Arca customer service has been extremely helpful, efficient and applying customer centric approach when I reach out to them to figure out a concern I had about my membership.

Firstly, I have lived all over the world (Chicago, Shanghai, Frankfurt, Quito, and now Denmark). I have always been a CrossFit gym goer. That being said, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE come across such a horrible gym. The gyms are super small, the equipment is lacking (to say the least) and outdated! Furthermore, The rooms are crude and unclean (having customers semi-spraying things down is just not good enough...). This gym in DEFINITELY NOT worth 465 DKK per month (even if the only perk they have is that you can go into any one of their lame gyms). When I cancelled the membership, apparently, they had never received the cancellation on their system (so its always the customers fault so make sure you SAVE ALL your transactions). I had to cancel my membership twice. Then you have to take your membership off hold and pay two months of full charges once you cancel your membership as their policy (which no one ever reads) states this (any way they use to make money). Even unsubscribing to their website is difficult as I had done this three times, to no avail (adverts still kept on coming). So, if you want to divorce yourself from this company, you need all the luck you can get. Lastly, THERE IS NOBODY, i mean nobody, TO CONTACT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. So, to talk to people about errors in the system, is just non existent (good luck!). I have been fortunate to have a membership to the best gyms in the world (like Project One/One Nation in Shanghai where you get well known crossfit athletes frequenting there and olympic weightlifting champions train you), to the worst and most crappy gym that I have ever come across (which is ARCA). Never recommend this gym to anyone....

I canceled my subscription a few months ago. After the lockdown, 2 × was debited, which is also ok due to the closure.
Repeated attempts have now been made to debit ...
Customer service is lousy ...
