Garden furniture arrived damaged

Garden furniture arrived damaged, afer 2 months (yes TWO months) of emails they still had not resolved the issues and always took ages to reply, worst customer service i have ever known, eventually got it sorted through Wowcher thankfully

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible!
Do not use this company.
I purchased via wowcher a ‘weather resistant’ pergola from this company. It is of very poor quality and started to rust within days of it being erected.
I have reported my complaints to arca furniture aka Tudor furniture several times via their website and email with photographs and received no response. A total waste of money as it’s going to have be taken down asap!

Avoid awful customer service and bad quality products

Avoid! Low quality garden furniture and awful customer service

Garden furniture arrived (really bad comms about delivery)

Built and was in the garden for just 2 days before all the cushions became faded and discoloured. I emailed with pictures and was promised replacements - nothing arrived so chased after 2 weeks to be told I have to wait another 2-3 weeks so waited and still nothing

Now trying to return

1 star as usual no option for 0 stars absolutely garbage company claim they left stuff near the wheelie bin when I wasn’t home but I had another delivery the same day got no tracking updates from these shysters still waiting also purchased through wowcher who seem to be in bed with these nothing but scammers

DO NOT order from this company if you’d…

DO NOT order from this company if you’d like any customer service.

I received my Barcelona 9 Seater Rattan Garden Dining Set with Rising Table In Grey. But with NO RISING TABLE.
The table was reported as damaged TWICE and then there was no stock.
I’m now waiting for the sofa to be collected and a FULL refund of £782.99!
What a nightmare of a purchase. I would NOT recommend this company. AVOID!!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service from Arca Living and Wowcher

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience with Arca Living’s customer service, which has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the proper channels, I have received no satisfactory response.

I cancelled my order on 13th June within the 14-day "cooling off period" as outlined in their terms. However, after cancelling, the product was still sent to me without any communication or confirmation. The picture confirms it was dispatched on the 16th June, I immediately contacted them to request collection and a refund. Unsurprisingly, I received no reply.

Only after involving Wowcher in a email this morning did I get a response, but now Arca Living refuses to issue a refund until the product is collected. Given the lack of transparency and communication so far, I have serious concerns that once the item is collected, I may never see my £999.00 plus 49.99delivery refund.

Be warned: This company, especially when operating through Wowcher, is not to be trusted. While Wowcher’s terms state you can cancel within 14 days, they take no responsibility for enforcing this and act as a weak intermediary between the customer and the retailer.

I will never use this service again and cannot recommend either Arca Living or Wowcher. Save yourself the stress shop with a reputable retailer that values customer service and honors their policies.

THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS

THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS - AVOID!!

Similar to other reviews here, I have also been waiting since April for garden furniture I ordered through Wowcher at almost £1,000. This should have been delivered weeks ago. Keo, the Customer Service Manager just keeps telling me "next week". I was told it would be here today latest and still nothing. They have given a fake tracking number and are now ignoring my emails.

Helen Yu the owner should be ashamed.

Be aware, they also trade under Furniture Maxi and Tudor Furniture. I have reported them to Consumer Advice and Trading Standards today and also emailed the One Show.

I’ve been waiting for a chair that was…

I’ve been waiting for a chair that was going to be in stock in 6 weeks, this turned out to be 10.
I am now having problems getting it delivered l, the delivery company XDP have failed to deliver twice now.
At an asked could it be delivered to a different address, I’m not sure about the sense in this .
I live on a main road into a village which is not in the back of beyond
I can’t get any communication with either Arca or XDP.

Great price and service

I placed an order through Wowcher for a garden set, it was my first time using Wowcher, It was a great price so I placed the order last friday which was the 11/04/25, on Sunday night I received a text saying I would get my order on Tuesday 15/04, I was super impressed with the speed. My order arrived on time, but one of the boxes was wrong. I came online to get their contact details and saw these reviews, I have to say I panicked. I emailed them and after letting them know they apologised and said they would send the correct one out and collect the wrong box. I wasn’t expecting anything till next week with it being Easter but I received my replacement this morning (Good Friday).
I have had an amazing experience with Arca Living so wanted to let potential new customers know.
Definitely 5* from me 😊

So far very disappointing.

Absolute nightmare with this company so far, ordered from furniture max. Only to find out its actually Arceliving. Stayed in all day for the order to come at quarter to 6 . Items missing, 1 box out of 4 arrived. Delivery drive clueless. And afterwards a text message saying delivery failed. So far Im very disappointed.
