works well after learning how things work
The concept is fantastic, and the ability to actually invest in expensive real estate without actually being wealthy is phenomenal. The step-by-step instructions for buying needs more steps and explanation. When an investor explores a property and sees the bid and ask values, what do those mean, what to expect if one bids less than the ask amount, what do match and settling mean? In the purchase agreement, when the investor reaches the signature page, it is not clear that one must click on "next" to then be able to sign. One would expect to sign on the signature page itself.

- Match and Settling:
Match: This is the process where a buyer’s bid aligns with a seller’s ask price, creating an agreement to trade.
Settling: After a match occurs, the funds and shares are transferred to finalize the transaction. This process officially transfers ownership of shares to the buyer.
- Signature Process in the Purchase Agreement:
We understand the signing process might be a bit unclear. After reviewing the purchase agreement, you will see a "Next" button instead of a signature box on that page. Clicking "Next" brings you to the final step where you can officially sign.

ARK7 is very good about answering my email questions in a very timely manner. I'm new to ARK7 but so far so good, slowly building a real estate portfolio. Reviewing the individual property financials is easier on ARK7 than some of the other real estate investment companies.

I'm leaving a 5 star review as I've not been wronged in any way- but I have to question why none of the reviews I have browsed mention any financial gain? Everybody is either happy with simplicity of the app or mad about times- nobody says YEAH! I made money!?
