Save your money
Save your money. Invest in something else! Ark7 will bribe you to remove a bad review, gaslight you if you call them out on their bait and switch “deals” or “deposit $800 and get $80”, oh no we meant you have to invest the $800. Then you try to invest it, and deals take so long to process that “you didn’t complete the orders in time to get the bonus”. What horrible company!!!

Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve had a great experience with Ark7 since joining in 2023. The platform offers a novel concept, is easy to use, and provides liquidity and flexibility. I have only been investing in Ark 7 for…
I have only been investing in Ark 7 for a year. So far, all the new properties have their shares start at $100. It would be nice to have some properties with shares that cost less.
Other than that, I have no complaints. The software is easy to understand, and I like the monthly dividends.

Best fractional real estate platform…
Best fractional real estate platform out there.
Only gave 4 stars because they lie about returns for properties that are still in IPO. Doesn't affect me since I do the math before buying, but seems unethical.
Edit: saw someone complaining about no one mentioning returns, so here are my numbers.
2022: I averaged 5.1% dividends and had 0% appreciation
2023: I averaged 6.2% dividends and had 11% appreciation
2024: I averaged 5.8% dividends and had 9% appreciation.

I set up my account today to take advantage of the $75 sign up bonus through Swagbucks (7500 swagbucks) for investing $20.
I read through a lot of the Terms & Conditions and was concerned buy a number of the things I read. I do not plan to invest more than the $20.
The T&C state that they have no obligation to fix errors on your account, they also say that none of the information on the website should be relied on at all for any purpose. Seems really shady.
Also, they charge a very high percentage for property maintenance of the properties.
Overall I don’t think it’s a good website or company and urge folks to avoid it or be extremely conservative and put only a very small amount in. There are significant liquidity limitations as well.
Update:
I will consider reaching out by email, however I do not feel “confused.” What’s in the Terms and Conditions is pretty much the opposite of what is stated on the rest of the site. I encourage folks to really look at the Terms and Conditions, especially the parts where they say all of the information on the website shouldn’t be relied on for any purpose.
