So far I have not had any reason for trying out the door safety hardware that was installed, however, I have ordered the door reinforcers for my rental units as well.

The product is very good however, Installation is little bit troublesome or at least for me. The Screws are quite long and require some manual work that is quite an effort. Rather than that I guess it is excellent product. I will definitely recommend the product to all my friends and family members.

Products weren't as easy to install as the youtube videos that lead me to their products. I didnt actually end up using them, and Im going to have a metal fabricator build me some custom door reinforcements.

I stored the side view window and lock kit in the garage with the regular universal kit, and may use them in my next home.

But as for this house, they would involve pulling off the casing, planing the door down, installing, finding new screws as the side window kit screws are too long, caulking, painting...etc......Its easier if I get my own custom kit that goes from floor to ceiling and has more of a clamping design custom made.

Theres nothing wrong with these products they just dont work for me. Im fussy.

Now this is a great Idea! I purchased the door Jam metal first at Lowe's. ...installation was easy. I ordered additional parts off the website. No issues with shipment or the product. I also purchased the Night lock. ..a criminal will have to work real hard to break in. Thanks Armor Concepts!!!

The videos and instructions on the Web Site helped greatly in picking the product I need to fit my door. It was well packaged and easy to install. I will buy again to reinforce my other doors. I sleep better knowing it would be very hard for someone to kick in my Front Door.

I was somewhat skeptical at first. After seeing the quality of the product and then installing it, my opinion has changed. EZ Armor is worth every penny for protection, security and peace of mind.

I researched security products for doors and found this Armor Latch, The Sliding Door Deadbolt from Armor Concepts. It looked exactly like what I thought would be needed. Their price very competitive and lower than similar products. Delivery was quick, and installation was easy. It works!! Before I could lift my own sliding door up and out, and now it is not possible. I recommend this product and this company!

EZ Armor is a simple, effective and affordable tool to reinforce your home's doors without adding an eyesore that some other products cause. Unfortunately, all of the parts do not fit all doors (obviously), but even using only the parts that work with your set-up will strengthen the typically poorly secure door.

I've used the door jamb armor on several occasions. This is a great product that is awesome for repairing a damaged door jamb or just reinforcing an existing door jamb for added security. The installation is much simpler than trying to replace to door jamb and the door armor makes even a damaged door jamb much stronger than it was originally. I definitely recommend this product.

It is a good quality product. However, i would prefer clearer installation directions.

Product arrived bent at ~30 degree angle but I was able to bend it back into place. Attempted to put door shields on and they were slightly too narrow for my 1 3/8 door. Found another door that they worked ok on, so didn't return the product since it is a hassle to do so. Attempted to call to provide feedback and see if they had a suggestion for my door shield issue, left a message and never got a call back.

I recently ordered the NightLock system and the EZArmor Combo (Jamb shield and Hinge shields), which arrived promptly and were extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend the EZArmor Combo for the following reasons:
1) The products are powder coated well and fit flawlessly
2) The EZArmor Combo does not affect the operation of the door in any way
3) The EZArmor Combo takes only a few minutes to install

Depending on your comfort level, the NightLock may or may not be the product for you. It installs quite easily, but more care needs to be taken if you are mounting to a concrete or tiled floor. Just follow the directions provided, and you should have no problems.

We ordered 2 door kits from Armor Concepts. They arrived quickly. Unfortunately, Fed-Ex had bent some of our products. We contacted Armor Concepts who sent us replacements free of charge that we received within 48 hours. Excellent company, and very easy to contact!

The sliding door security latches came within a week of ordering. My son installed them the day I moved into my new home. What an ingenious invention.
Thank you for doing what you do so well. I'm surprised home stores aren't stocking up on these types of items as not only are they simple to install, but they're affordable and do exactly what they were created to do.

I'm curious, most sliding doors are white, why not have all the components white when that's the color ordered.

I had a recent break in and was looking to strengthen my new door, as the old one was kicked in on the hinge side. I ordered the EZ Armor combo set on a Sunday night. The next day EZ Armor called to confirm my order. They were very helpful in making sure my kit was delivered before I left work at 4:00 pm. The installation was very easy, and the minimal instructions fairly self explanatory. I did have to file the deadbolt slot, as the door manufacturer milled it a little off center. I will be ordering a set for my front door.

Great product - just needed more guidance for first time go at it. I will be buying more.

I ordered this product because someone kicked my tennants door in. So instead of installing a security door, I went with this product instead. It was a very simple install (for me), never had to take the door off, and took me me about 30 minutes from start to finish.
