You may have to be creative in installing the hardware on some doors, but it's not too difficult with good tools .

Worthwhile Product But, Caution In Order
Installed door jam shield. Worked well and easy to install. Installed hinge shields. Mid shield installed fine. But, lower shield caused door to bind as there wasn't enough to allow easy closing of door. I removed lower hinge shield, left mid shield in place and replaced lower hinge screws with 3 1/2 inch screws. Wanted to install low profile door shield. But, neither size offered by armor concepts fit the door properly. The 2 3/8 setback was too shallow and the 2 3/4 setback was too deep to properly allow me to install my door locks. I installed mini door shields instead. I like the low profile concept better but, don't know why they won't fit my doors.

Try screwing the hinge shields in a little tighter, we found that helps with clearance issues for the hinge side and lock side. Putting longer screws in your regular hinge plate was a good alternative. Thank you for your feedback.

Awsome product!
I ordered 1 for my front door first. It was extremely easy to install once I had the right size drill bit (length) and I can tell this thing is tough! Absolutely reinforces the door.

Product is great. Unfortunately, my doors were put in by hack contractors and therefore I had to modify slightly the plates. Otherwise, the plates and hardware are solid.

The BEST security device I have ever found
I have told so many friends and family about the Armor sliding door deadbolt. This deadbolt is ingenious and I have never felt safer in my home. The woman that walks my dog during the day came to the house when I was having the lock installed. She immediately went home and ordered the deadbolt for her home. She sees a lot of homes with her dog walking service and she immediately recognized what a wonderful product you have. EVERYONE with a sliding door should have one of these.
