Reported issue with delivery via app yesterday (apparently courier couldn’t locate a shop on a main thoroughfare). Was advised I’d receive response within 24 hours. Nothing. Today received email from Arne advising issue they’re “doing everything “ to rectify issue-today’s excuse the courier running out of time. If they really were doing everything, surely I’d have heard directly. Appeasement isn’t customer service or taking action. It’s paying lip service to customers and I’m not interested.

Error on returns dealt with within an hour of contacting them by email. Darcy was excellent and looked into the problem and dealt with the issue unbelievably quickly. Additional item being sent to me and at no extra cost. The speed is just not something you see very often in retail these days.

Delivery was very quick and communication was good. Unfortunately, the black shoe box inside the outer packaging is marked and scratched. I ordered these for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday and expected a premium presentation. While the shoes themselves are not damaged nor the delivery itself, it’s disappointing that the box which the shoes are in, is of poor quality as it gives the impression of a second‑hand purchase when opened.

Unfortunately I had to return a week after my visit as the zip on one of my purchases was faulty.
I exchanged it without a problem but the first time I wore the garment I discovered that the zip was faulty again. Now I have to find the time to return this one.
