We were contacted by Robin Harris, at 'Arrange My Funeral' sometime after May 2016 but we weren't ready to commit at that time as my partner was recovering from major surgery. Robin was understanding and walked us through the various Funeral Plans. He explained everything clearly and succinctly and I said we would consider our options and get back to him. It has been quite a number of months since Robin cold called us but, true to my word, I called up a few days ago but Robin wasn't in the office that day. His manager, Joshua Reading picked up my call and dealt with me in the same courteous and professional manner. I am confident that we made the right choice. I would recommend 'Arrange My Funeral' in a heartbeat. Good, Old Fashioned Customer Service at its best. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind about our end of life care.
