Huge selection, helpful navigation
Huge selection of art, with useful navigating filters. The "favorites" button allowed me to pick a range of artworks, compare them, and save those I wanted to buy later. Everything arrived well-packaged and ready to hang.
More information on each painting and artist would make the experience even better.

The framing was executed perfectly, however the quality of the print itself isn't so great, it's not very high res and there is some banding in the digital print.

Poor product and service.
I I have purchased a number of framed art pieces from art.com over the years and, for the most part, have been very satisfied. However, this time not so much. The frame is cheap looking, had several knicks, had coating missing from the corners, and the hanger was wrong for the way I wanted it to hang. The picture itself has some tiny spots on it as if someone dripped liquid on it (?). I "texted" with a representative of the company (I guess there is no such thing as actually speaking to someone). He kept saying that he would send a replacement but I had to send pictures of the damage. I am unable to do that and I didn't want a replacement. I just wanted to return the picture and get a refund. He said I could get a refund if I returned it but I would have to create my own label, pay for the shipping, and get back to "someone" with the tracking number. I purchase many items that are shipped to me. I have always been able to receive a return shipping label and no questions asked. I am extremely unhappy with the product and the service. I have decided to keep the product and fix it myself.

Expensive for a print!
I needed those colors for my house. The colors seem a little darker than what the picture shows. Not the best quality. Frame is nice.

The canvas print purchased is beautiful and perfect for our purposes. The only reason for the 4, instead of 5, star review is that on the first order there were "dirt/rub" marks on all 4 corners of the canvas and on one spot on the face of the canvas, which might not have been so noticeable, but they were on white portions of the print. Customer service was very responsive and sent another, which, unfortunately, also had marks on the corners and face, but they were not in as obvious areas. I eventually tried some old "correct type" that I had and rubbed it on the defective areas. It made it "good enough," so did not contact CS again.
